3 1/2-room flat in a three-family house (built in 1974). In a quiet location with a beautiful view of the mountains and lake and a 15-minute walk to the Hasliberg nature and bathing lake. The flat is on the ground floor and has an open kitchen, a living room with radio, TV with SAT reception, a couch and a dining table. Two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/WC. Parking space available. (Living area 58m2)
One bedroom is furnished with pine wood furniture. Equipment: fondue and raclette dishes, coffee machine with filters, toaster and hand mixer.


From our house you can make beautiful hikes, bike tours and excursions in a wonderful nature and alpine world. In winter you can enjoy unforgettable skiing holidays in a unique area, or snowshoe hikes in the deep snow of the winter forest.

    “The apartment is on the ground floor of a chalet, and it did not get too hot with the hot weather we had. Note that there is no dishwasher or microwave! Apart from that the kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom is spacious and was very clean. The house does not have immediate access to outdoors but you go through the communal hallway to the main door. There are benches in front of the apartment and chairs in the garden. The view is fantastic. I liked watching the cats prowling in the meadows around the house. The host only speaks German but is very kind. The well-stocked village shop is 10 minutes away on foot, down a very steep hill. The area is great for walking. The bus stop is 5 minutes away, but only goes once an hour in summer. Positiv: The location. It is just outside the village, very quiet, great view. Negativ: The pillows on the beds. The sofa (which is actually a sofabed) was not very comfortable for lounging on.”

    “Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden dort. Ich hätte mir noch einen Kleiderschrank gewünscht im Elternschlafzimmer Positiv: Die Aussicht war sehr schön und die Vermieterin wirklich nett!!! Negativ: In den Schränken der Küche riechte es sehr stark und der Kochherd war eine kleine Herausforderung”

    “Positiv: Absolut ruhige Lage. Wir haben super gut geschlafen. Leider war das Wetter während unseren Sommerferien nicht sehr gut, aber wenn die Sonne schien, hat man einem umwerfenden Blick in Richtung Brienzersee und die umliegenden Berge. Negativ: Einige Küchenartikel sind in die Jahre gekommen und dürften ausgewechselt werden.”
