Dear holiday guests,

we warmly welcome you to our 3 room holiday apartment with a homely atmosphere. The 90 square meter apartment is lovingly furnished with traditional pine furniture and has a big sun terrace.

Our 2 bedrooms offer enough space for up to 5 people. 2 additional guests can sleep on our high-quality sofa bed (with slatted frame) in the living room. The apartment is therefore perfect for a family vacation or a break with friends.

The domicile is located in a quiet residential area, so relaxation begins right away. Relax on the large terrace, which will spoil you with a breathtaking panoramic view.

Enjoy your excursions and leisure activities in the ENGADIN. We provide you with nordic walking sticks free of charge. So you can get to know the incredibly beautiful nature.

With the free WiFi access (download 30 Mbit/s, upload 50 Mbit/s) you are always up-to-date and online.

The underground car park connects the neighboring house (there we rent another 3 1/3 room apartment for 4-6 people). Only licensed parking spaces are available in the vicinity of the house. We offer a second covered parking space on request.

The bus stop and RHB stop "Surovas" are not far away. You can shop and dine well in the small town of Pontresina, 800 meters away. The ski area (season from Nov. - May) is only a few kilometers away, with beautiful slopes and fabulous snow conditions.

    “Vollends zufrieden mit der Wohnung Positiv: Die ruhige Lage, in 10min. ist man am Bahnhof der RhB (Halt auf verlangen). Die Wanderwege beginnen nicht weit von der Wohnung entfernt. Man ist schnell in Dorf, Gassi gehen mit dem Hund war auch kein Problem. Restaurant: Thai und Sushi Restaurant - Sehr feines gutes essen und freundliche Bedienung Ausflüge: Val Roseg - guter Wanderweg, teilweise durch den Wald”

    “Zu jeder Jahreszeit eine Empfehlung Positiv: Eine so umfangreiche, funktionstüchtige Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung und pflegeleichte Böden und Materialien haben wir selten so erlebt. Freundliche Ansprechpartner, die stets erreichbar waren. Eine wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse aus dem Strandkorb.”
