Two and a half room flat(55m2) for 2 till 4 persons, 2. floor, with balcony, direction south, view of the lake from living and sleeping room, absolutely quiet, newly renovated, very modern, Living room with sofa and a big table, sleeping room, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, bath/toilette, radio, satellite television and telephone, free Wi-Fi.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT INCLUDED in the Upper Engadine and in the Bergell area.

Dogs are welcome.
The apartment is located in the House Capricorn. The property has an elevator
Registration is at the reception desk of the Hotel Schweizerhaus, there you get the key and all information.
For the Capricorn guests there is in the basement of Aparthotel Pöstli – just nearby - a sauna and a finarium (with supplement) and fitness room (free of charge). We offer on request bread service also
A Kiosk = the Maloja Shop is located also at the Pöstli, where you can buy daily newspapers, books, souvenirs, as well as cake and a lot of other things. Only 60m further away there is a small grocery store. The bus stop is only 200m away, the bus runs every half hour during the day.
Outdoor parking is available for free or there is the possibility to rent a place in the garage.

100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 100.

    “Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Sehr gut gefallen haben uns die grossen Fenster und der Blick zurück auf den Silsersee. Negativ: Ein minimaler Kritikpunkt ist, dass es etwas schwierig ist, in der Badewanne zu duschen, aber wir haben schnell gelernt. Vielleicht ist es eine Frage der Gewohnheit, heutzutage würde ich eine Duschkabine zu einer Badewanne vorschlagen. Aber das ist wirklich ein minimaler Kritikpunkt.”

    “Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr sonnig, die Aussicht auf drei Seiten, umwerfend. Die Wohnung wird vom Hotel neben an betreut, sehr freundlich,professionell und unkompliziert. Maloja ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderung in verschiedenste Richtungen und rund ums Dorf gibt es abwechslungsreiche Spaziergänge.”

    “Positiv: Ruhiges Logis; recht elegante Aussattung. Negativ: Ganz niedriges Bett - passt mit Bodenheizung nicht gut zusammen.Kein WLan-Anschluss in der Wohnung (obwohl in der Beschreibung so vermerkt). Empfehlung: Couples - Freundliche Begleitung durch das Hotelpersonal.”
