Isola - Alp Isola is situated between Maloja and Sils, a small hamlet where animals from Bergell graze in summer. The beautiful, elegant and new holiday home is in a very quiet and idyllic location in the village of Isola. In summer, the holiday home is easily accessible by car (permit available from the landlord). A parking space is available right next to Casa Bellavista Isola and reserved for you.  In winter, Isola is a dream for all cross-country skiers and those seeking peace and quiet. The cross-country skiing trail runs right next to the holiday flat "Casa Bellavista Isola" in the direction of Sils. In winter Isola is only accessible on foot or with cross-country skis. From November to January, Isola can be reached in 30 minutes via the footpath from Maloja or from Sils. As soon as Lake Sils is frozen, you can reach the snow-covered mountain village of Isola on foot from Plaun da Lej across the lake.  Important: Vouchers from Engadin Tourismus AG are accepted.

Winter: Parking at Plaun da Lej, car park by the lake at Capolago/Maloja, Sils multi-storey car park (charges apply). Winter: If it starts snowing, the road from Maloja to Isola is prepared as a winter hiking trail and cross-country skiing trail and you cannot drive to Isola. Valid for the whole winter from 1.12. - approx. 20.05. In the month of May and November the road Maloja - Isola may be closed. Reason: rain, ice, snow or avalanches. Nevertheless, you can enjoy your holidays in Isola during these months - it is all the more quiet here in Casa Bellavista Isola. You can park your car free of charge in Maloja on the lakeside or in the Sils multi-storey car park or in public car parks in Maloja and Plaun da Lej, or travel by public transport. Bus stop: Sils, Plaun da Lej, Maloja/Capolago.

Flat description: The entrance of the holiday flat starts in the basement; there you use the possibility to put down your cross-country skis in winter and hang up winter clothes in the big wooden box. A double bed is available here. For two persons, however, only the double bed on the gallery is occupied. For 4 persons, the double bed in the entrance area is also made up. The stairs lead you to the living area and the kitchen, the heart of the holiday flat. You enjoy the wonderful view towards Lake Sils and Maloja. The evening sun accompanies you through the night - you can marvel at the sunsets from the couch and the dining table. The large window is a dream. No one disturbs you as you enjoy this view from the window! In the living room there is a couch, a round table and a huge window. the patio door takes you to the small veranda in front of the house. On this floor there is also a small toilet with washbasin. The stairs behind the kitchen lead up to the gallery, where the big double bed is under the sloping roof. On the gallery there is a second wet area with toilet and an exclusive shower. 

Underfloor heating in all rooms. Kitchen with combined oven and steamer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine with capsules, toaster, kettle, small raclette oven, electric fondue oven, plates and cutlery. WLAN in all rooms. Hairdryer available. Cleaning costs and visitor's tax are paid on site.  WLAN is available free of charge; a laptop must be brought along. No TV connection; if you bring a laptop, you can watch TV with WLAN.
