1 room-studio-apartment in the deep ground/garden floor for 2 persons  in the ground/gardenfloor with entrance from outside
from entrance-gate Via Violetta n. 7.  1 dog possible only on request, CHF 105/week.
1 double bed 1,6 x 2 m.  Modern built-in-kitchenette in antique furniture existing: Working area in high-grade-steel, 2 cookinglates with saftety-cooking-tray, small refrigerator with icer,fumehood direct to outside, microwave with grill . refrigerator, 
dining-place.
Modern shower-bathroom with  security draining on the floor, WC, washbasin, mirror-cupboard, towel-dryer, washer with integrated dryer,ventilator. 11 m2-terrace with dining-place, deckchairs and nice  view on Lake Lugano.
Safe, WIFI free of charge, small airconditioning.
Shared indoor-pool  -with charge- in function from June until September. 
Because of Corona-pandemy the shared indoorpool  is closed  until furthermore information. 
Non-Smoker. 
Barony run by the owner who lives at the place.

100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival

    “Eine sehr schöne Villa mit grossem Garten Positiv: Wunderschöne Aussicht auf Lago Lugano Negativ: Internetverbindung war langsam und unstabil, nach unserer Reklamation wurde es etwas besser. Signalstärke von WIFI war sehr gut, das Problem liegt vermutlich in der Verbindung zu Swisscom. Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant, market, tourist office - Migros etwa 1,5 km entfernt, die Restaurants besuchen wir eher nicht, aber in der Umgebung gibt es einige sehr gute. Empfehlung: Couples, seniors - Wir haben in Castagnola Veloferien gemacht und sind sehr zufrieden, sehr erbaulich war z.B. die Velofahrt auf Monte Brè. Allerdings, die Velowege sind eher rar, wenn man kein MTB besitzt.”
