    “Gerne buchen wir diese Wohnung wieder Positiv: Die Ferienwohnung steht als kleines Häuschen separat neben einem Ferienhaus. Tolles ambiente und herrliche Aussicht Negativ: Küche etwas klein aber okay”

    “Die Freude an der eigentlich schönen Ferienwohnung wurde durch den beschriebenen Lärm sehr stark getrübt und die Nutzung eingeschränkt. In den nächsten Wochen würden wir sie nicht empfehlen - unbedingt kundig machen, ob die Baustelle immer noch vorhanden ist! Positiv: Das Studio ist sehr schön, sauber, einfach aber nützlich ausgestattet und hat einen tollen Blick vom kleinen Balkon auf Ascona und den Lago Maggiore. Negativ: Leider befand sich während unseres Aufenthalts (April 2021) direkt vor dem Studio eine Baustelle, die von 7:30- 17:00 Uhr erheblichen Lärm verursachte (u. A. kreischende Steinmetzarbeiten). In dieser Zeit war es grösstenteils nicht möglich, die Fenster zu öffnen (alle Fenster gehen auf die Strasse/ Baustelle gegenüber hinaus) oder den Balkon zu nutzen (der genau in diesem Zeitraum Sonne hatte). Auf die Baustelle und den damit einhergehenden Lärm wurden wir weder bei der Buchung noch bei der Kontaktaufnahme hingewiesen. Auch wurde keinerlei Preisermässigung gewährt, obwohl die Wohnung und v.a. der Balkon nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar waren. Restaurant: X - Wir waren nicht essen (Corona). Ausflüge: Wandern - von der Wohnung aus lassen sich auch mit ÖV viele Wandermöglichkeiten rund um den Lago Maggiore und in den Seitentälern erreichen”

Tutti i clienti che hanno prenotato direttamente senza passare tramite e-domizil sono stati informati della situazione e hanno potuto decidere se affittare o meno, purtroppo tramite e-domizil è impossibile comunicare con i clienti, se non quando il contratto è già stato concluso questo ha impedito di informare il cliente della situazione venutasi a creare in quei giorni.”
