Das große Wohnzimmer lädt zum gemütlichen Beisammen sein ein, sei es zum Plaudern, zu einem Gesellschaftsspiel am „runden Tisch“ oder zum DVD/Fernseh-Schauen vom weichen Sofa aus. Den gedeckten, ganztags besonnten Doppel-Balkon können Sie bei jeder Witterung, bei einer spannenden Lektüre und infolge des milden Klimas auch nach Anbruch der Dunkelheit, bei einem Glas Merlot (Tessiner Wein) genießen. Sollten Sie Lust haben, wieder einmal etwas selber zu kochen, so finden Sie eine komplett ausgestattete Küche vor, die mit ihrem integrierten Essteil einladend wirkt und vieles bequemer macht.

Veranstaltungen: 
Im Mai/Juni wird das Erdbeerfest gefeiert; Live Musik Konzerte, Antiquitätenmarkt oder das internationale Straßenkünstler-Treffen und Festivals sorgen für Unterhaltung. 
Im Sommer finden die verschiedensten Musikfestivals statt sowie Sportanlässe aber auch Feuerwerke und das berühmte Filmfestival von Locarno. 
Im Herbst werden das Traubenfest und das Kastanienfest gefeiert.

    “Ideale Ferienwohnung für 2-4 Personen, ruhig und doch nahe beim Zentrum von Locarno. Positiv: Grosser fast 12 Meter langer Balkon. Grosse Küche mit Esszimmertisch für 4 Personen.
    Überhaupt grosszügige Räume. Hallenbad haben wir nicht gebraucht, wäre aber sehr schön.
    Ideale Lage, trotz fast in der Stadt sehr ruhig, in 10 Minuten zu Fuss auf der Piazza Grande.
    Unkomplizierte Abwicklung von Übernahme und Abgabe der Wohnung.
    Jetzt im September waren wir fast allein im vierstöckigen Haus.”

    “Alles hat bestens geklappt. Positiv: Das Hallenbad ist super. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist dennoch sehr ruhig. Vermieter und Verwalterin sind sehr nett. Ausflüge: Auf den Cardada und Cimetta - Auf dem Berg ist es kühler und man hat eine schöne Aussicht. Es geht mit Standbahn, Gondel und Sesselbahn hoch. Es hat Restaurants, Spielplatz und Wanderwege.”
