Beautiful, comfortable and modern furnished 1-room apartment on the 3rd floor (without balcony). Quiet location; 80 meters from Lake Maggiore. Covered parking next to the house entrance can be rented. Bus stop nearby; the apartment can be easily reached from the train station in 10 minutes on foot. The Piazza Grande can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Near sports facilities. Lido, indoor pool, outdoor pool, outdoor pool (34 degrees C), tennis, mini golf, golf course (9 holes). For longer stays, especially outside the main season, interesting conditions by arrangement.
