In a villa dating back to the beginning of the 20th century, three-room apartment: 1 bedroom (double bed); 1 living room (with a sofa bed: can be divided into two separate beds); a modern, well-equipped kitchen (table with 4 places, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.); a south-facing balcony. The apartment is very bright. The location is very central; ideal for car-free holidays. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the historic centre of Locarno and the Piazza Grande. The bus stop for Ascona, for Locarno station, the train to reach the Centovalli are 50 m away, the bus stop for Vallemaggia is 100 m away. The Lido di Locarno can be reached in 15 minutes by bus. The Velospot bike sharing station is 50 m away and there are dozens of stations throughout the Locarno area. The Migros and Coop supermarkets are 100 and 200 m away. The apartment is ideal for a family of 4 (maximum 2 adults and 2 children).
