Ein wunderschönes Haus mit zwei Appartements, in dem Sie alle Jahreszeiten in ultimativer Entspannung genießen können und angenehm überrascht sein werden, wie gut Sie in 1500 m Höhe schlafen werden. Das Haus wurde bis ins kleinste Detail sorgfältig durchdacht und bietet Ihnen daher ein überaus komfortables Ambiente.

Nachdem Sie Ihr Auto auf Ihrem Privatparkplatz, nur wenige Zentimeter vom Eingang entfernt abgestellt haben, können Sie sofort Ihren gemütlichen Wohnraum mit seinen zwei Balkonen und deren herrlicher Aussicht genießen, die wunderschöne Galerie und das bequeme Sofa, was alles vom romantischen Kamin geschmackvoll abgerundet wird. Wenn Sie hungrig sind, können Sie sich dank der voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Glaskeramikkochfeld und Umluftbackofen wahre Spitzengerichte zaubern. Am Ende Ihrer Mahlzeiten übernimmt die Spülmaschine, während Sie sich einen guten Film im Flachbild-TV mit DVD-Player gönnen.

Im unteren Stockwerk finden Sie das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank und einem kleinen Balkon. Diese Etage bietet darüber hinaus ein kleines Zimmer mit zwei Betten und das Badezimmer mit Badewanne, das Sie gewiss nach einem Tag auf den Skipisten oder nach Ihren Wanderungen auf den Gebirgswiesen zu schätzen wissen.

    “Rasen musste zuerst gemäht werden, keine Sitzmöglichkeiten draussen Positiv: Betreuung durch E-Domizil, alles wurde prombt erledigt Negativ: Rasen musste zuerst gemäht werden Umgebung: nichts, alles ist 10km entfernt im Tal”

    “Apparetement moderne état neuf spacieux et lumineux Vue imprenable Positiv: L'accuiel personnalisé Negativ: manque mobiler pour la terrasse au niveau communale manque noms de rue et numéros Umgebung: Supermarket - A 15km du village il y a une migros une coop et un denner ainsi que des restaurants
    La boulangère passe dans le village en klaxonnant deux fois par semaine ce qui est bien pratique Restaurant: La Tratoria de Bellinzonne - Spécialité du Tessin et de saison Ausflüge: .Le col du Gotthard. Les rendonnées sur les chemins entre Molare et Faido - Grace au beau temps les Vues étaient splendides”

    “I thought that the house was spotlessly clean and was very pleased with that. In fact it was so clean, it gave the impression of being a 'new venture' where it has been recently developed with mostly brand new furniture. The only negatives were I thought the bedlinen was dated and not in keeping with the rest of the apartment, and felt like an afterthought. If you're going to redecorate, go the whole hog and buy new sheets! I also didn't like having to make up all the beds on arrival - it's not a youth hostel! And every room needs a bedside lamp and the twins needed mirrors. There was also nowhere to store any food in the small kitchen. And the shutters couldn't be pinned back and banged about in the wind during the day.


    These are minor gripes (honest!). On the whole I thought it was brilliant. Positiv: The view, the cleanliness. Negativ: Getting snowed in, in mid-April. The apartment is quite high up a very long road with a lot of hair-pins. Be warned! The advantage of this though, is you have a killer view. It most definitely needs wi-fi. Not to provide it in an apartment of that standard is a real shame.”
