The luxury skiing Chalet is set on a gentle hill amidst its 18.000 m² large plot and provides glorious views into the valley and the mountains. Besides the privileged location and utmost privacy the chalet boasts exceptional alpine charm combined with modern architectural elements, amenities and fixtures. The generous use of aged wood inside creates an incomparable homely and warm atmosphere, so that you might be tempted to spend most of your vacation time indoors.There are 4 bedrooms hosting a maximum of 8/9 guests. The master bedroom seems to belong into a fairy tale. The ceiling of the bedroom is beautifully decorated with old restored shingles and in the luxurious bath en suite, you can indulge in a hot Jacuzzi with light therapy and with extra-large VELUX roof windows, which can be opened in order to enjoy the open sky and the soothing noise of the wind in the spruce trees behind the Chalet. You might also see deer and rabbits coming out of the forest and grazing in front of the 250-year-old barn, which was once used to store the hay for the animals during winter time. Nature lover's will adore the romantic and peaceful scenery. All 3 bedrooms have flat screen TV and an Internet connection with laptop table.The very large open plan living area flowing into the modern kitchen is located on the first floor. Large panoramic windows and two sliding doors (one onto the north-facing balcony – and one onto the south-facing terrace) provide for maximum enjoyment of the surrounding mountain scenery. The large TV sofa made of 200-year-old larch trees measures 4 m² and invites several guests to rest comfortably side by side. Of course it is totally up to you, whether you prefer to be inspired by the crackling fire in the fireplace only or by the sounds of the Bose sound system or your choice of TV-program.The well-equipped country kitchen also boasts beautiful, wooden decor and elements including a stunning, hand crafted wooden wall depicting the Zillertal mountain range. An Austrian artist had taken a photo of the mountain scenery while on ski holidays- and used the picture later to create the outstanding kitchen decoration in the Chalet.After a long day on skies you might also appreciate the wellness area on the lowest floor of the mountain retreat, complete with sauna, rain shower, starlit sky, heated mosaic bed and built-in Berker radio for perfect relaxation.The garage is large enough for two vehicles and hosts a room to store the skis and ski equipment.     “ein absolut empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil, gemütlich und mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht Positiv: großzügiges Haus, ruhige Alleinlage wenn auch am Talboden Negativ: Luxuxproblem.... fehlende Tische auf den Terrassen, damit man dort auch draußen frühstücken kann”
