Casa Ivan Fuskulin is an Istrian stone house, set in a small village near the town Poreč and the beaches. The house was completely renovated in 2019 with special care to preserve its authenticity.
On an enclosed property the house offers a swimming pool, sun loungers, covered terrace with fireplace and sitting set and covered parking for 2 cars. There is a children's playground nearby and a local restaurant only 200 m away. A tourist resort with equipped beaches and various facilities as well as an aquapark is only 4 km away.
Pets are allowed upon request.
Villa for 6 persons consists of ground floor where there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, double bedroom with private bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with private bathrooms.
