Schöne Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen auf der Sonneninsel Fehmarn in Dänschendorf mit Garten und Terrasse. Ab Frühjahr 2023 mit neuer Küche und neuem Badezimmer!
Eigene Sonnenterrasse mit Strandkorb, Grill und Gartenmöbeln. Im Nordwesten der Insel Fehmarn. Die Wohnung liegt im idyllischen Ferienort Dänschendorf. Die Naturstrände von Altenteil und Bojendorf sind ca. 3,5 km entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden Sie im benachbarten Petersdorf. Modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Sat-LCD-TV , DVD-Player und Radio mit MP3-Player-Anschluss. Ausserdem können Sie unseren kostenlosen Wlan-Anschluss nutzen.
Aufteilung: Im 1. Stock Küche, Duschbad und Wohnzimmer, im Dachgeschoss Schlafzimmer (1 Doppelbett). Küche mit Elektroherd, Kaffeemaschine und zusätzlich Bosch-Tassimo-Kaffeemaschine, Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Eierkocher.
Achtung: Die Wohnung ist nicht für Gehbehinderte und Kinder geeignet! Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Und 2. OG., somit müssen die Terrasse und der Garten von aussen betreten werden.
Ab 2009 ist auf Fehmarn eine inselweite Kurabgabe zu zahlen. Ab 2012 ist unsere Wohnung eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung. Raucher sind weiterhin willkommen, wir bitten Sie jedoch nur noch draußen zu rauchen.
