The apartment is in a very quiet, tastefully restored old farmhouse with all modern comfort and a traditional fireplace. It is equipped with a modern bathroom with tub and shower, television and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen has a dish-washer and a washing machine. A secure bicycle storage room is available. The apartment has three separate bedrooms and is suitable for up to 6 people. Two of the bedrooms are connected by a connecting door and therefore particularly suitable for families. The apartment has two balconies, with chairs and table to sit outside.

    “Vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenares. Het interieur is vrij klein en rommelig ingericht door allerlei prullaria, die de toch al kleine ruimtes nog verkleinen. Weinig daglicht maakt het interieur vrij donker.Alles was kraak proper. Spijtig van de verwilderde tuin en te kleine tuintafel. Geen garage beschikbaar! Niet meer van deze tijd. Het "plotselinge" opduiken van de eigenares aan de achterdeur, twee dagen voor ons vertrek, zonder voorafgaande verwittiging, werd absoluut niet gewaardeerd. Nooit gehoord van privacy?? Conclusie: Prijs staat niet in verhouding met het aangeboden goed.”

    “Wir haben und hatten in den nunmehr 25 Jahren ausnahmslos sehr zufriedene Gäste in unserem Ferienhaus. Eintragungen in unserem Gästebuch dokumentieren dies überaus deutlich. Dass es sich um ein Haus mit kleineren, teilweise niedrigen Räumen handelt, versteht sich von selbst. Es handelt sich um ein „altes“ über 200 Jahre altes Bauernhaus, hier sind die Räume natürlich etwas dunkler aber sehr gemütlich. Die Darstellung auf unserer Homepage vermittelt diesen Umstand auch sehr eindrücklich. Unser Haus ist mit 5 Sternen klassifiziert, eine Garage wurde noch nie vermisst, es steht ein schattiger Stellplatz hinter dem Haus für 2 Autos zur Verfügung. Dass meine Frau einmal vorbeigeschaut hat und sich nach dem Befinden der Gäste erkundigen wollte, halten wir eher für eine fürsorgliche Geste. Wir freuen uns jedenfalls weiterhin auf nette und zufriedene Gäste.”

    “Ein extrem bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, in dem man sich schon wohlfühlt, wenn man es betritt. Es fehlt an nichts! Erwähnen sollte man allerdings die teilweise geringere Raumhöhe, an die man sich aber sehr schnell gewöhnt.”

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe des gemütlichen Zentrums von Kirchzarten, somit waren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Gaststätten zu Fuß zu erreichen.”
