This beautiful pool home is located on a direct Gulf sailboat-access canal. You'll find a spacious layout with an open floor plan and wonderful views of the pool and canal waterfront.

The pool is heated by solar panels plus an electric heat pump with temperature controls for both and a cover to hold the heat. Inside it's cool with 2500 sqf under A/C and ceiling fans in all the rooms. The open living room is designed for comfort and relaxation. For your entertainment, you can watch 150 channels on TV. Past the French doors is the screened lanai and pool deck, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Watch the sun rise and enjoy your morning coffee poolside. Soak up the sun on the chaise lounges. Enjoy the water view from the comfortable cushioned furniture. Or take a dip in the heated pool. Patio dining furniture and a gas barbecue are included for outdoor family cookouts and meals. And yes, even the lanai has a ceiling fan. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances and conveniences. The breakfast area and the kitchen countertop bar offer seating for 7 meals, and there is a formal dining area adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen has also a TV with DirecTV Genie wireless. The home has a split bedroom layout with the master bedroom apart from the guest bedrooms for added privacy, plus a separate door to the pool deck. Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms + one half baths make this house a perfect choice for couples and kids... Did we mention there are 4 TVs with DirecTV Genie wireless? The master bath has separate sinks and vanities, a large tub and a double walk-in Florida shower with both rain head and hand-held showerheads. The 2 guest bathrooms are complete, one with shower and one with tub and shower. There is also a half bathroom on the lanai, under A/C. The high-speed Internet access is free, and there is a 4-port Century link wireless router plus a printer/scanner/copier/fax with USB cable. The portable phone lets you make local and toll-free calls (a long distance card is required for other calls). Whether you bring a boat or have a rental boat delivered right to the dock, the Gulf of Mexico is a short distance away with direct sailboat access, no lifts, locks or bridges... Yes, there are fish in the canal (fat mullets put on a regular dockside show jumping for food), and sometimes, if you're lucky, you can see dolphins and and even a manatee or two in the canals on the way to the Gulf. This home has everything you need to have a great vacation.
