Hüttenzauber->Idylle im Umfeld eines wunderschön gelegenen Holzhauses in den Bergen der Slowakei.Sehr schön restauriertes, ehemaliges Bauernhaus im traditionellen Baustil der Niederen/Hohen Tatra.In traumhaft ruhiger und schönen Lage auf ca. 900m Höhe direkt und solitär am Waldrand stehen, in unmittelbarer Nähe eines sanft rauschenden Baches.Das Holzhaus liegt am Fusse des knapp 2000m hohen Kralova Hola(Königsberg) im Nationalpark der Niederen Tatra am Rande des Bergdorfs Telgart inmitten einer herrlichen Bergwelt, die vielfältige Wander.-u Skimöglichkeiten bietet.Hohe Tatra ebenfalls nur eine halbe Autostunde entfernt. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet und auf den ca. 120qm ist viel Platz zum sich Wohlfühlen.6 Betten im ersten Stock sowie ein gemütlicher Kachelofen im Wohnzimmer und Küche tun das Seine fürs Wohlbefinden.PKW-Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.     “Alles in allem ein schönes Haus in toller Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schön wäre es, wenn es auf der Wiese am Haus vielleicht einen Tisch mit 2 Bänken gäbe, damit man auch mal draußen essen kann, was sich vor allem beim grillen anbieten würde. Die angepriesenen Gartenmöbel beschränkten sich auf 4 weiße Stapelstühle. Und eine Renovierung der sanitären Anlagen ist Pflicht bei der "hochwertigen Ausstattung", welche im Katalog ausgeschrieben ist. Positiv: Sehr ruhige Lage am Waldrand. Urig eingerichtetes Bauernhaus mit altem Küchenofen und Kachelofen im Wohnzimmer. Viel Platz. Negativ: Die Dusche und Toilette sind auch für Slowakischen Standard eigentlich nicht tragbar. Größe des "Badezimmers" ca. 2qm und nicht gerade einladend. Null Ablagemöglichkeit für Toilettenartikel und die Lampe über dem Spiegel und 2 weitere Lampen im Schlafzimmer waren auch defekt. Haben wir dem Wirt der Pension U Hanky mitgeteilt, der das Haus verwaltet, aber leider erfolgte keine Reparatur.”

    “Einfach und vollständig ausgestattetNetter Empfang und Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Küchenausstattung sehr umfassend, genügend Geschirr und Besteck, um die Spülmaschine zu füllen... Heizung und Warmwasser für 4 Personen im Winter ausreichend. Ausstattung i. A. grundsätzlich ok, jedoch recht einfach. Schade finde ich: fehlende Fussleisten an einigen Wänden und gebrochene Fliesen im Bad.... Für den Mietpreis in der Winter-Hauptsaison alles in Allem ok. Wer xxx Mobilfunk hat, bekommt keine mobilen Daten.. xxx jedoch super.”
