Das Haus (ca. 44,4 qm) steht auf einem 6000 qm großen Grundstück (Waldrand von Ädelfors) wo sich noch zwei weitere Ferienhäuser und das Haus des Vermieters befindet.

Es ist für 4 Personen ausgelegt mit einem gemütlichem Wohnraum mit TV der auch bei schlechtem Wetter zu geselligen Gesellschaftsspielen einlädt.

Für Angler bieten wir einen Außenschrank für Ihre Angelsachen.

Des Weiteren finden Sie auf dem Grundstück Gartenmöbel um in der Sonne zu sitzen oder zu Frühstücken.

Ihnen steht ein Gemeinschaftsgrillhaus zur Verfügung, welches nach der Nutzung zu reinigen ist. Bitte bringen Sie Grillkohle mit.

Das Saunahaus ist nach Absprache nutzbar und auch zu reinigen/desinfizieren.

    “Außenanlagen sehr schön. Haus auch. Gute Küche und Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer etwas eng aber die Betten sind super. Sehr netter deutschsprachiger Vermieter der viele gute ausflugstipps hatte.
