Appartement in Naterki mit Terrasse, Garten und Grill

Schönes Ferienhaus in den Masuren. Das neu gebaute Haus liegt im kleinen Dörfchen Naterki in der Nähe von Olsztyn (Allenstein).

Ein See ist ca. 300m vom Haus entfernt. Ein Golfplatz ist auch in ca. 500m erreichbar. In der Nähe von ca. 300 Meter gibt es einen Reiterhof. Ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft ist auch in ca. 800m erreichbar.

Nach Allenstein in die Altstadt oder zu einer Einkaufsmeile sind es 7km. Masuren ist zweifellos das schönste und touristisch attraktivste Gebiet in Polen. Unzählige malerische Seen, dichte Wälder , zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen in Verbindung mit der Möglichkeit aktiver Erholung weit weg vom Großstadtlärm.

    “Wir waren zum Wassersport angereist, mussten jedoch schnell feststellen, dass es keine öffentlichen Zugänge oder Strände gibt. Es war nahezu unmöglich ins Wasser zu kommen. Alle Stege oder Zugänge nicht privat, der Rest der Ufer ist mit 10m-dickem Schliff zugewachsen. An sich natürlich wunderschön, aber für die wassertouristische Nutzung schlecht gemacht. Wir nutzten auf Nachfrage einen privaten Zugang. Einen Bootverleih fanden wir allerdings erst in 50km Entfernung. Positiv: Die Unterkunft ist ländlich, fast im Wald gelegen, daher auch mit Googlemaps etwas schwierig zu finden. Man bewohnt eine Hälfte eines Einfamilienhauses. Nebenan wohnt die Tante der Familie. Das Haus ist sauber und schick renoviert. Hinter dem Haus ist eine Terasse und ein kleiner Teich. Ab 20 Uhr ist draußen sitzen allerdings wegen der Mücken und Bremsen kaum möglich. Negativ: Leider gibt es kein richtiges Wohnzimmer, sondern nur einen Raum vor der Küche in der ein Esstisch und eine alte, fleckige, flache Couch ohne Lehne steht, sodass wir abends zum spielen oder Fernsehen auf den harte Esstischstühlen sitzen mussten, was natürlich bei einem Aktivurlaub schade ist, da man Abends gern mal bequem lümmeln würde. Oben gibt es 2 separate Räume zb für Kinder. Allerdings sind dort nur Schlafsofas und keine richtigen Betten. Ein Schlafzimmer für Erwachsene gibt es nicht, man schläft auf einem Sofa unten im Eingangabereich. Bad mit WC und Dusche.”
