Chalet "Seehund" mit umzäuntem Außenbereich

Unser Chalet (81m²) ist ein teilweise neu eingerichtetes, freistehendes Ferienhaus in Sint Annaland (Provinz Zeeland) und nur ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt.

Das Ferienhaus verfügt über eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit einem 4 Platten-Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Backofen incl. Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher.

Im Wohn- und Esszimmer befindet sich eine gemütliche Couchgarnitur, Kabel-TV (Niederländisch/Deutsch), ein Esstisch mit 5 Sitzplätzen und einem Kinderhochstuhl. Das Chalet verfügt über Fußbodenheizung und Klimaanlage im Wohn- und Essbereich.

Das. 1. Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett und Klimaanlage. Das weitere Schlafzimmer über ein Einzel- und ein Etagenbett (für Kinder).

Das Bad ist ausgestattet mit einem Waschbecken, einer Dusche und einem WC.

Alle Räume sind mit hochwertigen Möbeln und sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Ferienhaus übertrifft damit den Standard des Parks.

Die Fenster zur Straße und die der Schlafräume haben elektrisch bedienbare Jalousien. Alle Fenster und Türen haben Insektenschutzgitter.

Im Außenbereich haben Sie 2 Parkplätze, Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, Sonnenliege, elektrischen Grill und elektrische Markise. 


Ein Restaurant befindet sich im Eingangsbereich des Chaletparkes. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden Sie in ca. 600m.

    “Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem drum und dran. Sehr sauber. Die Betten sind gut ( nicht durchgelegen ) und bequem.
    Schrankraum ausreichend vorhanden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Umluft, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher...
    In der Vorsaison war es sehr ruhig trotz der augenscheinlich engen Bebauung.
    Die telefonische Vorabsprache wegen der Schlüsselübernahme war schwierig, da die angegebene Telefonnummer der Rezeption wohl falsch war. Eine Email an den Veranstalter hat das Problem aber schnell gelöst. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr nett, sprachen aber kaum Deutsch.
    Wir hatten Kontakt zum Vermieter, der äußerst freundlich und bemüht war, uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.”
