Quiet Apartment in Seis Am Schlern with Private Parking and Mountain View

The apartment is individually decorated and fully equipped. The apartment is located on the upper floor of a 120-year-old, typical house and has a great sun terrace with a fantastic view over the Dolomites and the most beautiful golf course in South Tyrol (18 holes). The cable car to the famous Alpe di Siusi is also within walking distance. The large kitchen is set up for a 6-person household and non-perishable food is stored (spices, rice, pasta, etc.) and can be used (and replenished)! Both bedrooms have large closets. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bedroom and room 2 with bunk beds for two children and a sofa bed for one adult. The living room and master bedroom have direct access to the sun terrace. In the bathroom there is a washing machine that can be used free of charge.

The house is in good condition and has retained the charming, authentic style of our region. Please have a look at our current pictures and decide if our house meets your expectations. It is frustrating to read unqualified reviews such as: "Obsolete and need to be renovated" afterwards. We take constructive criticism seriously and try to resolve it as quickly as possible, but we would like to accommodate guests who appreciate this style!

    “Positiv: Wir haben eine schöne Woche in Seis verbracht. Die Wohnung bzw. das Haus ist typisch für die Region und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht.

    Eine tolle Sache ist, das man mit der Gästekarte in ganz Südtirol mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln umsonst fahren kann, egal ob Bus oder Bahn. Bei den beengten Parkplatzangeboten in Bozen oder Meran ist das sehr von Vorteil. Freizeit: Eine Fahrt nach Bozen und Meran lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.
    Auch sollte man mit der Seilbahn auf die Seiser Alm hoch fahren. Bei schönem Wetter ist es dort oben traumhaft schön.”

    “Wenn die Reinigungskraft 22 Franken pro Stunde verDas Chalet ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber nett. Kurze Wege zur Talstation und wer es mag auch Talabfahrt fast bis vor die Haustür. An Nebenkosten werden mal schnell nochmals 50% des Mietpreises fällig. Davon wiederum die Hälfte für die Endreinigung. Diese wird anscheinend sehr mangelhaft ausgeführt und von Niemandem kontrolliert, so daß sich in den Ecken der Dreck über die Zeit stapelt. (für weitere Ausführungen fehlt hier der Platz)”
