Vom Haus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Ort Sayda (ca. 2 km entfernt) und ins Erzgebirge hinein.
Direkte Nachbarn gibt es nicht - außer Fuchs und Hase mit Mutter Natur... "Ungestörter gehts nimmer"
Die Ferienwohnung befinden sich im L-förmigen Nebentrakt des Forsthauskomplexes. Sie wurden 2007 komplett neu renoviert. Die Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer befinden sich hinten hinaus zum Waldrand. Allen 4 Ferienwohnungen steht das große, urige Kaminhaus "Bruno" mit Kaminofen sowie eine ruhige Terrasse zur Verfügung.
