HOLIDAY HOUSE with 3 bedrooms located on the first floor of a small building, convenient to the center and the beach of Cala Gonone. Large and elegantly furnished, it consists of a living room, separate kitchen, three double bedrooms and a bathroom; complete the property a furnished porch to eat even outdoors and enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. For parking there is convenience on the street where the house is located, without the need for payment.Present: TV, air conditioning, washing machine, oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.Because of its location, the house is suitable for walking to the beach of Cala Gonone (600 meters), as well as an excellent starting point to dive into the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Orosei, Cala Luna and Cala Sisine for example, and to carry out excursions or climbs in the hinterland full of charm from the naturalistic point of view such as Su Gorropu, Tiscali, Su Gologone.For large groups, available in the same building two other apartments can accommodate respectively 5 and 7 beds, thus providing a total of 19 beds.Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price.Final cleaning: € 60.00. Kitchenette and dishes to leave clean and tidy; otherwise a surcharge of € 50.00 will be applied. Linen rental upon notice: € 20.00 per person.Small pets: always on request, € 50.00 per week.Internet rental, upon verification of the signal: 9.00 euros / day.Possibility to smoke only in outdoor spaces.Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 20.00): € 50.00; late check-out (after 10.00 am): charge of one more night's stay.Tourist tax to be paid locally: € 1.20 per person per day, for persons aged over 14 years, from mid-March to mid-October.Security deposit: € 200.00.
