Lovely little house with a unique atmosphere, very nice and comfortable, halfway between mountains

Abruzzo is one of the least densely populated regions of the Italian peninsula. A holiday in Abruzzo offers a taste of unspoiled Italy. This region, where the north meets the south of Italy, is one of the most beautiful in the country. Bordered by the Apennines to the west and bordered by the Adriatic to the east, it has some of the most beautiful natural landscapes in Italy. In the Gran Sasso it has the highest mountain in Italy. Stand on top of the Gran Sasso and contemplate both the Adriatic and the Mediterranean Sea. Within an easy disco (you can go without a car) are a large variety of restaurants and pizzerias in which to enjoy regional cuisine.. We are happy to recommend some of our favorite food establishments, I have found the food and wine to be excellent everywhere we ate. The nearest beach is only 15-25 minutes away by car, with the seaside resorts offering umbrellas, sunbeds, children's games and snack bars / restaurants. The center of Pescara, with its designer and high street shops, is a 20-minute drive from the house. In the evening, the harbor and the historic port of Pescara Porto turns into lively nightclubs. 'Marines a Pescara' is one of the largest on the Adriatic coast with caffe - bars, restaurants and boutiques. Boat charter to sail along the Abruzzo coast, while a day trip will visit the beautiful islands of the Tremiti Islands. The little house ,for 2 persons, completely renovated.with kitchen,bedroom.and bathroom ,located on the streets for few minutes to the antiques centre of Cepagatti .

    “Negativ: Unterkunft entsprach nicht den aufgeführten Daten.
    War an einer viel befahrenen Straße, also wer es ruhiger möchte, wäre dies überhaupt keine Empfehlung. denn man versteht zeitweise sein eigenes Wort nicht. Vorallen geht dies Tag und Nacht.
    Mit Hunden völlig ungeeignet. Wir haben 2 Kleinhunde, haben deshalb Überbelegung bezahlt und vor Ort kassierten sie nochmals 50 Euro pro Hund.
    Doppelbett ist nicht vorhanden,nur 2 Campingliegen.
    Viel zu teuer für diese Bauruine.
    Ausflugsziele von dieser Unterkunft sehr weit entfernt, Strand 30 bis40 Minuten
    ( + Parkplatzsuche).
    Zu den Bergen benötigt man auch 2-3 h.
    Den aufgeführten See (in der Urlaubsanzeige) , wo????
    Wir haben den Urlaub vorzeitig beendet, da es für uns eine Zumutung war.”

    “Wer echtes Italien sucht ist hier goldrichtig,keine Touristen weit und breit.Prima Lage für Tagesausflüge zum Gran Sasso(Castel Monte,Rocco Calasco,Campo Imperiale)),Majella(Monte Blockhaus,San Bartolomae in Legio,San Spirito di Majella),sehenswerte Städte(Chieti,Penne,Atri und unzählige andere)und natürlich an die Strände in Francavilla al Mare,Ortona oder San Vito di Chietini,eine ruhigere Ecke ohne Sonnenschirmabzocke findet man dort problemlos.In Cepagatti selbst findet sich alles was man braucht in nächster Umgebung.
    Wer allerdings Ruhe und das Meer vor der Haustüre sucht wird wohl eher woanders fündig.Zum nächsten Strand in Pescara sinds mit dem Auto schon 20 Minuten,nach Francavilla eher eine halbe Stunde. Positiv: Netter Kontakt zu den Nachbarn gegenüber,wir haben uns prächtig unterhalten obwohl wir fast kein Italienisch sprechen und niemand Deutsch oder Englisch konnte.Ebenfalls vermissen werde ich die Arrosticini bei Marzarolo(Marco und Peppe)und das Gelati bei DeLibertis schräg gegenüber. Negativ: TV war zum weinen(haben wir aber ehrlicherweise überhaupt nicht vermisst)WiFi(WLAN)gabs überhaupt nicht,das war sehr schade.Im Restaurant Tonino gibts WiFi,in Penne in der ganzen Stadt FreeWiFi Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant, market - Jeden Sonntagmorgen grosser Markt am Hauptplatz Empfehlung: Couples, seniors - Für Familie mit kleinen Kindern eher ungeeignet,da direkt an der Strasse.”

    “Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Positiv: Das Häuschen ist einfach und nett, genauso wie wir es wollen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und ist auch offen für Sonderwünsche. Negativ: Allerdings braucht man bis zum nächstgelegenen Strand eine halbe Stunde und nicht, wie im Prospekt angegeben, 15min.”
