Holiday House in Gesturi with Private Parking and Mountain View
Our country house, designed and built by the "ashes" of a now abandoned ruin. With passion, love and many sacrifices we managed to give it a new life. A building dating back to the late 1800s, recovered, renovated to adapt it to new needs, respecting all the landscape and architectural constraints. Nothing has been changed in the prospects and in the original solutions, rather it has been life to what was hidden and covered by modernity out of place, from plasterboard ceilings, plaster on the facade, plastic gutters .... The façade and the stone columns, the architraves, the wooden structures and the park have been emphasized. In this photo we tried to show the before and after, as requested by several guests. After years of reflection, we decided to open the doors to tourists who want to discover the charm of the inland areas of Sardinia to discover the beauties of the Giara plateau with its pure horses, visit the house of Frà Nicola or the Nuragic Complex of Barumini . Now we have decided to open the doors to tourists who want to discover the charm of the inland areas of Sardinia to discover the beauties of the Giara plateau with its pure horses, visit the house of Frà Nicola or the Nuragic Complex of Barumini. This luxurious Villa, almost a castle is located in Sardinia in Gesturi, is ideal for 10 travelers. It offers 5 bedrooms, a private pool, an enclosed garden and WiFi. The living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including WiFi and Hi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook your favorite dishes. Enjoy your meals at the dining table that offers eating for 16 people or outside, on the terrace, on the balcony. or in the garden Enjoy the view of the pool. The farm has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 4 with a double bed, and 1 with 2 single beds. Several bathrooms are available, 3 with a shower and WC. Separate toilets are available The farm has a safe, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, an iron and ironing board, a dryer, air conditioning, a washing machine, central heating, a jacuzzi and a desk. Please note that cleaning fees, towels, sheets and tourist tax are included in the rental cost. Parking is available on-site and is private. Smoking is allowed outside only. In the nineties of the last century during the renovation of the palace it was discovered that the Zapata Palace was built above the well preserved remains of a nuragic settlement. It is fascinating and difficult to describe the emotion of being able to walk on the crystal floors of the ancient residence of Zapata and see below the ruins of the Nuraghe.For the youngest is recommended a visit to Sardinia in miniature, always in BaruminiLocation description : The municipality is located at an altitude of 320 meters above sea level, in the historical region of Marmilla, famous for the presence of the plateau of the Giara that overlooks it and for having given birth to the blessed cappuccino fra Nicola.
