Hemsedal is a fantastic place to spend spring, summer and autumn. With its beautiful hiking trails in the mountains and lowlands, good cycling trails and exciting climbing parks, there is something for everyone. In summer and autumn there are mushrooms as well as berries to pick. A trip to the spectacular, beautiful waterfall Rjukandefoss and from there further into the forest is recommended. If you want to try your fishing luck during your vacation, it is only 200 meters to the great trout river Hemsila. If you want to have dinner in a restaurant one evening during your vacation, Fyri Resort with outdoor restaurants and spa is just a short walk away.
