Das Haus ist erst ein paar Jahre alt und damit entsprechend modern. Die Lage in der Stadt ist in einem ruhigen Gebiet, es gibt keinen Durchgansverkehr. Einkaufscenter, Strände und Boulevard sind alle im Umkreis von maximal 1300m erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Obergeschoss.Achtung! Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie nach EU-Recht auch für Kinder jeden Alters einen Kinderausweis mitführen müssen. Dieser muß ggf. an Grenzen und dann aber auch zwingend für die Anmeldung bei der Touristikbehörde vorhanden sein.
