In the wonderful garden there is a private heated swimming pool an outside grill a kids playground. The area surrounding swimming pool is equipped with parasols and an deck chairs. For the complete privacy and safety the garden is surrounded with a high wall with hedge. In the garden there is also a covered barbecue area with a big dining table . The villa is also equipped with a playroom with biliard, tennis table, darts and some gym equippment. The house has also a private parking space for 4-5 cars. The restaurant near the house (600m) is one of the most popular in the region. This beautiful Luxury Villa in Sisan will suit anyone desire for a peaceful location near the city, an easy access to the sea, beaches, beautiful landscapes, fun and good gastronomy and is also well connection to all major attractions of Istria. Also near the house (300m) is situated one of the most popular cellar wine in Croatia, so you can enjoy the magic of wine in the southernmost Wine station in Istria. About the place - Sisan
Sisan, placed in the south-western part of Istria, is 6 km from the region's tourist center Pula. We recommend it to families with children and to guests who prefer tranquility and peace rather than the hustle and bustle of big cities. Besides bathing and suntanning, you can also spend your time bike riding because many Istrian cycling trails pass through or near Sisan or also horse riding. One of the most famous rent-a-bike station is available in Sisan. In Sisan you can find wonderful wild beaches with more then 27km coast to explore. The water is transparent and the surrounded area is made of rocks, pebbles and sand, natural shadow is in most of beaches available. You can also find a few beach bars and boats for your boat trips on the main beach.
