Unique High Position, Cozy Dining Terrace, Gym

Our house is located in the village Kringa, a peaceful place in Central Istria. Kringa is a popular destination for tourists and has a lot of vacation houses for rent. A great advantage of coming to Kringa on holiday is that you get to experience a relaxing and quiet vacation in the heart of Istria but also, because of its location, whenever you want you can go and visit the coast, bigger places and towns around, and most of them are under 20 minutes of driving, so you get the best of both worlds.

Villa Coridigo is a 4-star vacation house for 8+2 persons located in Central Istria. Surrounded by nature, Villa Coridigo is a great option for escaping from big urban areas. If you decide for Villa Coridigo you will be first in a row and no one will block your view since it is situated on an elevated terrain giving you privacy while enjoying your dinner on a terrace in the evening, swimming in a beautiful pool in the afternoon or waking up and bison a balcony with a nice country view. This beautiful newly built Villa, situated on a raised terrain, is located in the village of Kringa in central Istria. It is perfect for guests who would like to escape in tranquillity and nature. It has its own enclosed garden of 700 m2 where guests can enjoy an outdoor pool of 26 m2, an outdoor terrace with sitting furniture, a barbecue, and a covered terrace near the kitchen. Private parking for three vehicles is also included. The total living area is 230m2 with two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with an exit to the terrace, dining room, living room, bedroom with its bathroom, and one separate toilet. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and exit to the balcony with a country view. IMPORTANT: This house accommodates 8+2 people. The last 2 persons get 2 additional beds.

When we talk about attractions and activities around, the first thing that must be said is the great Istrian restaurant just 100 meters from the house. A lot of our guests go there and are very happy with the service. Next is a place called "Adrenaline Park" which is only 1 kilometer from the house. It's a great place for having fun with kids. It has a lot of fun activities like a zip line, huge swings, four-wheeler rides, etc. It also has fast food and a bar if you want to eat or drink something. Just 5 kilometers away, we have 2 more restaurants in a place called Tinjan. If you like parks, there are a lot of options as well. From the aqua park in Poreč to Dinosaur Park in Funtana. When we talk about coming to Istria on holiday, we can't skip the beautiful beaches with crystal clear water, and there are hundreds of them on the west and east coast of Istria.After exploring the beaches a lot of our guests are then interested in historical towns in Central Istria, especially the ones on a hill. The best and the most known example of this would be Motovun, one of the most known places in Istria. With its old origin, great location, and spectacular view, it's a must-visit when coming to Istria. There is a lot of more interesting stuff in Istria, and we will give you more details when you come to our Villa on a holiday, to make sure you don't miss anything worth experiencing.

    “Wir haben nun das zweite Mal bei Ivan gebucht, wieder war es ein wundervoller Urlaub und Ivan ein ganz toller Gastgeber! Das Haus hält alles was es auf Bildern und der Beschreibung verspricht - ist in einem wunderschönen kleinen Ort, in dem wir nun schon zweimal Urlaub gemacht haben. Das Haus ist hochwertig und gepflegt und bietet alles was man zur Erholung benötigt: eine schöne Grillecke, ein einladenden Pool, einen Schattenplatz mit Sitz Lounge und oben Terrasse mit ausreichend Platz zum Essen im Schatten für zehn Personen. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, jedes der vier Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein separates Badezimmer - eine sehr angenehme Einrichtung.. Das Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer ist sehr großzügig und hat ebenfalls noch eine separate Toilette. Moderner Fernseher mit Internetverbindung und ein Kicker ist ebenfalls vorhanden, dazu noch drei Aufbewahrungsräume. Abends ist die Villa schön beleuchtet und sorgt für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Einen Fitnessraum gibt es auch, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben.Eigentlich fahren wir nicht gerne nochmals an den gleichen Ort, aber Ivan und auch der Ort Kringa haben uns so überzeugt dass wir bereits jetzt überlegen im kommenden Jahr wieder bei ihm zu buchen. Absolut empfehlenswert!”
