Haus Gais - 150 meter from the sea

The ideal holiday starts here! If you are taking a holiday and looking for a beautiful place to stay in the Marina-Rabac area, then you need to check out House Gaia.House Gias is situated just 150 m from the sea and has sleeping capacities for up to 5 guests. The house has a total of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the upper floor you can find two large bedrooms and one smaller bedroom. Two large bedrooms have a double bed (180*200) and the smaller room has one bed (100*200).On the ground floor the house has a rustic but fully functional kitchen, living room and a bathroom. The kitchen has an electric hob, refrigerator, freezer, kettle and microwave. In the living room there is a nice sofa with a flat screen TV. Also all the house is covered with WI-FI signal.On the outside of House Gaia you can find a small garden with a BBQ, a place for sunbed and a small garden with swing for children.If you like the active way of living or you just want to use House Gaia as a sleepover place so you can visit all the beautiful sides of Istria, this holiday home will offer you a excellent starting position for everything. Only 150 m from the Adriatic sea, 15 km from the hilltops excursions in central Istria, 30 min driving from most historical locations. This vacation home is located 52 km from Pula airport. There is private parking space for on the property and the holiday vacation rental is 5 km from the nearest shopping district where you can find multiple shops including shops that allow you to buy fresh produce from local farmers. Also near the house there is a supermarket and a restaurant (50 m).The cost to rent House Gaia is going to vary based on the different times of the seasons. You can find a list of the different prices on the website for upcoming seasons. The prices that are listed include a tourist tax. Currently, there is a minimum stay requirement of 7 days in order to book House Gaia, though for some parts of the season, the requirement may to less than 7 days.     “Schönes, uriges Haus. Wir hatten einen schönen, entspannten Familienurlaub. Positiv: Man hatte einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und die Wälder. Sehr ruhige Lage. Negativ: Nichts!!!”

    “Ein schöner, touristisch gut erschlossener, aber nicht zu überlaufener Ort.
    Der Besuch in Labins Markthalle ist unbedingt zu empfehlen.
    Täglich frische Produkte aus der Region. Positiv: Sehr nette Vermieterin, die uns mit Gebäck und gekühltem saft empfangen und viele Tipps parat hat.
    Das Haus liegt sehr gut. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige 100m, verschiedene Badebuchten sind fussläufig erreichbar.
    Direkt gegenüber ist ein Bankomat, ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft und eine gute Pizzaria. Negativ: Das Badezimmer könnte besser belüftet werden.
    In der Küche könnten ein paar Plastikschüsseln die Arbeit erleichtern.”
