Comfortable House in Peroj with Private Parking

New family house for relax and family holiday in Peroj, 500m from the sea. The house is spacious and comfortable,registered for 4 people. There are 3 bedrooms.Two bedrooms have own balcony with table and chairs and nice sea view.The kitchen is fully equipped, Living room is very spacious.Wi-fi internet is available. On terrace there are big table and bench seats,barbecue.There is also tennis table.Bathroom is with bathtub and there is separated toilet. Peroj is the villlage in West Istria,located near the sea.That is quiet place with several restaurants and shops.Well connected by bus to Pula and Fažana. The beaches are not so crowded,with crystal clear water,ideal for relaxing holiday.3 km from Peroj is Fažana,small town with lot of restaurants and a beautiful promenade along the sea.10 km away is Pula. with ancient Roman monuments(colosseum,triumphal arch,etc..) The house has view to Brioni,national park which has a beautiful nature. There are day trips by boat to Brioni from Fažana.

    “Ein schöner Urlaub für 4 Personen.
    Ortsmitte ist gut zu erreichen. Zu den Stränden ist es ein gutes Stück zu fahren ,wenn man einiges mitzunehmen hat. Positiv: Schönes Haus mit reichlich Platz. Die neuen Betten waren bequem und angenehm groß. Man fand hinter dem Haus zum Nachmittag eine schattige Terrasse mit Grill und Liegen. Oben waren zwei Balkone, man konnte mit Meerblick frühstücken. Großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Gasherd mit 4 Kochplatten. Parkplatz für ein Auto vor dem Haus. Negativ: -”

    “Im großen und ganzen hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub, das Haus ist schön groß und gut gelegen. Die Möbel haben durch die Feuchtigkeit etwas gelitten. Preis Leistung ist ok. Es gibt sehr viele Urlauber aus Deutschland, man fühlt sich fast wie in Deutschland. Positiv: Die Lage war für uns optimal. Ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem noch alles wichtige um sich herum. Sehr ruhige und nette Nachbarn. Die Strände in der Nähe (ca 500m) waren nicht Überlaufen und optimal mit 2 kleinen Kindern, es gab sogar eine Wasserburg für die Kids (800m). Das war nicht unser letzter Urlaub in Peroj. Vermieter waren sehr nett und nicht aufdringlich. Negativ: Was definitiv gefehlt hat waren die Moskitonetze an Fenstern und Türen! Das hat uns abends/ nachts wirklich fertig gemacht und war nicht schön! Im Sommer möchte man gerne alle Türen und Fenster aufmachen gerade an warmen Tagen, das ist hier nicht möglich im Nu hat man die ganzen insekten dann im Haus. Restaurant: Pizzeria peroj - Sehr sehr lecker und angenehme Preise Ausflüge: Fazana city - Netter ort um abends am Strand zu spazieren, und einen leckeren Eis zum Abschluss des Tages.”
