Self standing stone house with jacuzzi in Istrian village Kavran with tastefully decorated interior, convenient for family with 2-3 children. Comfortable living room with open kitchen, interior stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms. House is only 3 km away from the coast with its fantastic beaches and secluded bays.

    “Uns hat die ruhige abgschiedene Lage sehr gut gefallen. Morgens kann man frische Brötchen etc. In ca. 250m Entfernung am Bäckerstand kaufen. Meer ist in etwa 3 km (Auto) Entfernung. Es gibt ein paar nette kleine einsame Badestrände (Fels). Insgesamt fanden wir das Preis Leistungsverhältnis verglichen mit anderen Ferienhäusern etwas zu teuer. Wir waren zu viert. Auf diese Personenanzahl ist auch das Geschirr u. Besteck ausgelegt. Positiv: Whirlpool, neue Bäder, Schlafzimmer zum Teil mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit Negativ: Küche ist nur mit dem nötigstem ausgestattet, Schlafzimmer Tür ließ sich nicht schließen, da Rahmen verzogen waren. Etwas schmuddelige Gartenmöbel.”
