For those who love the beautiful things of the past, tranquility, nature, the typical Istrian stone house Casa Anna (180 sqm) is the ideal accommodation. The villa is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, yet close to the attractive destinations of the Istrian hinterland and a few kilometers from the sea, if you are in the mood to socialize, have fun or dine in a typical restaurant offering menus of Istrian specialties. The surroundings are rich in natural beauty and tourist attractions. The house is suitable for couples, groups of friends, families with children.


Casa Anna is a comfortable holiday home that can accommodate a maximum of 8 people (6 adults and two children). The house offers on the ground floor a large living room with flat-screen satellite TV, a comfortable sofa with 8 seats, and a fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer area, stove with 4 ceramic hobs, air conditioner, the ice machine is located on the terrace in front of the kitchen, in the living area the dining table with 8 chairs. On the ground floor the double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers, air conditioner, in the bedroom it is possible to add an auxiliary bed, the complete bathroom with shower, on the first floor the landing with sofa and coffee table, the large double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioner, and pull-out armchair for one person, the bathroom on the first floor has a shower with hydromassage column and hairdryer, the second double bedroom on the first floor with exit to the terrace furnished with a table and two chairs has du single beds that can be joined, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioner. In front of the house, there is a large covered terrace furnished with solid wood table and benches, garden furniture, armchairs and coffee table, barbecue, outdoor shower are also available. The heated piscina is equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas, an outdoor shower, parking is private on the estate. The garden is fenced, the fenced area of ​​the house is 1700 square meters. Come and visit us, we look forward to you. The house offers everything you need to spend a holiday in tranquility, full relaxation and comfort, far from the noise of the city, waking up with the birds singing. The outdoor heated swimming pool will make you enjoy even the coldest days.


The house located in the hinterland of Istria, in a small village Donja Gomila, about 8 km from Grožnjan, the well-known, picturesque, cultural town where artists from all over the world live and work. Grožnjan will charm you with its particular streets full of galleries, small craft shops, evening concerts, and the wonderful terrace which offers a splendid view of the Mirna river valley. From neighbors, it is possible to buy fruit and vegetables from ecological cultivation. Also nearby is Momjan, the wine country and its castle, particularly important in Istrian history, which stands on an imposing rock of the small town. For art lovers, we recommend a visit to Marussici, the famous park with more than 40 sculptures by artists from all over the world. In the restaurants and farmhouses in the area, you can taste excellent wines, grappa, and honey, as well as various truffle-based products. For shopping, the nearest supermarket can be found in the neighboring city of Buje or in the mobile shop that passes through the village once or twice a week. For those who love the sea, in the direction of Umag, the nearest beach is the beautiful pebble beach of Kanegra.
