Feriendomizil zum Wohlfühlen: Freuen Sie sich auf Ihren Urlaub in Sukošan und fühlen Sie sich so wohl in unserem letzem Jahr großzügig modernisierten Ferienhaus. Unterkunft 80m² für bis zu 5 Personen, die an Räumlichkeiten 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer bietet.



  • In dieser Unterkunft ist Ihr Hund als Reisebegleiter kein Problem.Das Meer ist hier nur 200 m (Luftlinie) entfernt.Kostenloser Internetzugang ist hier per WLAN gegeben.Eine Klimatisierung sorgt jederzeit für angenehme Temperaturen.Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine Große Terrasse. Alle Fenstern und Türen sind mit Fliegen Netz/Rollo bestückt.



Unser im Frühjahr 2020 großzügig modernisiertes Ferienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen Teil des Ortes, ohne großes Verkehrsaufkommen mit Blick aufs Meer. Der Ortskern von Sukošan ist ca. 500m und das Meer ca. 200m vom Ferienhaus entfernt. Der Hauptbadestrand "Dijeći raj“ (Kinderparadies) liegt ca. 300m, unser selbst gebauter Steg ist ca. 200m Fußweg entfernt.

Die zwei separat zugänglichen Wohnungen "A" und "B" auf der ersten Etage, sind mit Wohn- und Schlafräumen, sowie Esszimmer und großen Balkons mit Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten ausgestattet, die teilweise auch zum Meer hin ausgerichtet sind.


Beide Ferienwohnungen bieten somit Platz für Erholung und ein Wohlfühl-Gefühl.

Das Grundstück verfügt über ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten (Carport), Platz zum Spielen und Grillen.. Im Garten befindet sich außerdem eine Dusche, falls eine Abkühlung für zwischendurch mal notwendig wird. Fahrräder können Sie ebenfalls nach kurzer Rücksprache mit nutzen.

Einkaufen können Sie gleich im Ort oder in den zahlreichen Supermärkten (Lidl, Kaufland, Interspar usw.) in der ca. 8 km entfernten Stadt Zadar.

Ortsbeschreibung : Sukošan ist ein Urlaubsort in Norddalmatien mit ca. 4.500 Einwohnern und liegt zwischen den beiden Städten Zadar und Biograd, entlang der langgestreckten Küste ("Zlatna Luka", Goldhafen), die mit dem Yachthafen „Marina Dalmacija“ beginnt und mit zahlreichen gepflegten Stränden und Buchten, die die Gäste zum Baden im klaren und sauberen Wasser der Adria einlädt, endet.Der Ort liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu 5 Nationalparks und 2 Naturparks.In Sukošan gibt es zahlreiche traditionelle schmale Gassen und Spazierwege sowie Weingärten, reiche Vegetation und freundliche Gastgeber. Für das leibliche Wohl der Gäste sorgen die lokalen Kneipen, Cafés sowie Restaurants und Konobas, die besonders für Fischgerichte sehr bekannt sind. Auch gibt es mehrere Pizzerien, Restaurants und einige typische dalmatinische Restaurants mit Spezialitäten der Gegend.
