This stylish vacation rental spreads over 140 square meters ( 1.506 square feet ) of interior space can comfortably accommodate eight guests with its four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you may need during your stay and dining room by the kitchen offers a big dining table with chairs, perfect for some quality time over a meal.

The living room has a relaxing home feel and a modern satellite LCD TV. From the living room you have exit to the balcony furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy pleasant summer evenings and the stunning sea view.

Two bedrooms have king beds and the other two bedrooms have twin beds which can be made up as a king bed if there are couples staying.






The lounge terrace and sundeck in traditional Dalmatian stone dominate the house outdoors. Whether you relaxing on the sun lounger by the swimming pool, bubbling away in the Jacuzzi or playing table tennis and basketball at the private playground – it’s hard to keep away. When the sports (or simply lounging) get you hungry, the pergola with summer kitchen, dining area and BBQ is a perfect spot for enjoying leisurely evening ‘Al fresco’.

The 300 square meters (3.230 square feet) outdoor area is secluded for your privacy and children safety.

    “We spent a wonderful vacation in the spacious home in June and we had an absolutely great week of sunshine & relaxation. The house is very spacious both inside and outside, with high-quality facilities throughout. The location is fantastic: beautiful view, nice and quiet but still not far away from the city of Dubrovnik. The supermarket is very close and there are a few good restaurants within walking distance.We were 6 persons, so the house accommodation with four bedrooms was perfect for our needs. The outdoor kitchen and dining place (with spa pool), the large stone BBQ was wonderful! The swimming pool terrace was also amazing: nice sunbeds, own peace and quiet and even a sea view. The owners were also fantastic..They give advice about what to see and do and arranged transport service when needed and organise transfer from airport to place. Perfect customer service! Two days we visited old city Dubrovnik and one day we took trip to Ston, Peljesac and Korcula ( the winerys are amazing). We been all very satisfied with our family holiday and really recommend it, especially if you prefer to stay in a place where you can relax in peace.

    “Superschöner, erholsamer Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung in der es an Komfort an nichts fehlt (Sommerküche mit Spülmaschine, Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Geschirr und gemauerter Grill :)....man konnte vom ersten Moment an den Urlaub genießen, nicht zuletzt durch das herzliche Willkommen von Irena :) Positiv: Die unglaublich herzliche Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin....vielen herzlichen Dank noch einmal....auch hatte Sie eine Menge guter Tipps für unseren Urlaub parat... einfach perfekt.... sehr saubere, super gut ausgestattete Wohnung....tolle Gästehandtücher für den Pool zusätzlich....einfach alles TOP!!!! Negativ: Wenn überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln war, dann der Autoverkehr ...allerdings hat uns das weniger gestört, da wir ja den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren... Ausflüge: Dubrovnik - auf der alten Stadtmauer einen Rundgang um die Altstadt machen”
