Villa Frane is true traditional Dalmatian villa with modern details that will make any family or group of friends feel right at home during their holiday in Dalmatia. Located in Sukošan, Villa Frane provides its guests peace and quiet, while still being in the vicinity of some major tourist attractions.

The 2000m2 Villa Frane with an indoor area of 80m2 provides accommodation to 5 guests in two air-conditioned classical bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. Furthermore, there is one bathroom with a shower, a washing machine and other bathroom necessities at the guests’ disposal. The traditional Dalmatian flair is especially evident in the open space area of Villa Frane with its stone walls, where the kitchen, the dining area and the living room are located. The traditional white kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and appliances necessary for whipping up delicious meals, which can be tasted in the traditional dining area, where 6 people can be seated at. The cozy living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed where one more guest can sleep, as well as satellite TV. For guests of Villa Frane who cannot get away from work even during their vacation in Croatia, there is a small workspace with a desk.

The outdoor area of Villa Frane is a green paradise with its garden full of Dalmatian vegetation from rose bushes to olive trees. Within that green paradise is a stunning 42m2 heated pool surrounded by lounging-chairs where guests can soak up the sun. Next to the swimming pool is a lounging area under a canopy where guests of Villa Frane can enjoy their cup of coffee in the morning or their glass of wine during the evening. Next to the main house is a small tavern with a summer kitchen, where guests will be able to prepare tasty grilled dishes. Guests arriving by car will have access to private parking space on the property.

Sukošan is a gorgeous touristic place that attracts tourists from all around the world with its beautiful bays and amazing sandy and pebbly beaches. Oftentimes, Sukošan’s beauty leaves such a strong impression on its visitors that they come back each year. Furthermore, Sukošan is only 10km away from Zadar, the region’s center, where the soul of ancient Roman times is well preserved in its Old Town. Nature lovers will especially appreciate the location of Villa Frane as there are 4 National Parks (NP Krka, NP Kornati, NP Paklenica, NP Plitvicer Lakes) and 2 Nature Parks (Telašćica and Velebit) in its vicinity. The beautiful nature of Sukošan can be discovered by bicycles or foot, while the beaches have perfect conditions for sailing.
