This is a pretty home with all the comforts. There are several terraces in this home, which is located at a walkable distance from a lovely beach and 10 minutes away by car from golf courses, Put & Takes lakes, cosy taverns and galleries. This house is surrounded by beautiful nature. One of the most beautiful and most child-friendly sandy beaches of Denmark with dunes is located 10 minutes away from here, by walking. Zealand Summerland Park which is close by is exciting for children whlie golfers can play in one of the three golf courses located 10 minutes away. Fishing lakes, cosy inns and several galleries are just 10 minutes away from here. You can enjoy the sunlight on the covered and open terraces. You can barbecue and enjoy balmy summer evenings to the fullest here. Garden is ideal for play as there is a sandbox, swings, various toys and space to play ball games. Surrounded by Ise Fjord, Kattegat and the Bay of Sejero with reflection of the sunlight on water, you can experience a unique atmosphere in Odsherred that you can hardly find anywhere else in Denmark. Nykobing Zealand is a wonderful town with good shops, supermarkets and a pedestrian zone. Also visit the fairytale castle of Dragsholm built in the 12th century. There is an excellent gourmet restaurant in this castle and is also a home to ghosts. Also visit the harbour of Rorvig with a cosy atmosphere, a fish smokehouse and restaurant and ferry connections to North Zealand. Enjoy the special atmosphere, while your children catch crabs on the pier.

    “Tolle Ausstattung, alles da, was man brauchen könnte, schönes Grundstück, nicht weit zum schönen Strand, nur der Playstation-Controller ist kaputt. Aber den braucht man ja nicht wirklich im Urlaub ... meinen die Eltern.”
