LE COTTAGE a Marcenay, Bourgogne

Lovingly restored (2013) forge from 19th Century. With private courtyard (150 square metres) and entrance for the car. In the ground floor (stone tiles) there is a living room and a dining room with the kitchen and access to the terrace. The living room is equipped with a TV (German and French channels) and a chimney stove. In the 1st floor is a bathroom, seperate WC and 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms with a French double bed (140 cm wide), another with 2 single beds (ever 90 cm wide). In the background of the court joins a fruit-tree meadow

    “NajaDer erste Eindruck war ok. Es ist fast alles vorhanden was man braucht. Leider parkt man sein Fahrzeug etwas weiter weg und Wlan wäre für die Zukunft auch nicht schlecht. Beim genaueren hinschauen stellt man fest, dass alles sehr lieblos und verarbeitet ist. Lockere Fliesen, Sockelleisten mit herausragenden Nägeln und verschmierte Silikonfugen sind Beispiele. Mit Baby ist das sehr gefährlich. Die Fenster werden auch selten geputzt. Das Gute war das Wetter, somit waren wir viel unterwegs und hatten Abstand von den Ärgernissen. Sonst ist das Haus gut gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Ort und sind schnell erreichbar. Wem der teilweise nicht so schöne Zustand egal ist, der kann in der Unterkunft gut Urlaub machen. Wir würden, aufgrund der Erfahrung, diese Unterkunft nicht mehr wählen.”

    “ski urlaubdie wohnung ist zweckmässig, der standort ist zentral der boden und die türen knarren bei jeder kleinen bewegung, so dass es unmöglich ist, dass die nachbarn nichts hören. auch gespräche von unseren nachbaren waren gut zu hören, wenn sie normal miteinander sprachen. die teppiche in der gesamten wohnung sind schmudelig und teilweise stehen ecken auf oder fehlen ganz. die bette sind für grossgewachsene sehr kurz. uns fehlte eine dusche, die duschwanne war nicht top geeignet, weil der duschvorhang zu klein war, war es schlicht unmöglich, dass das badezimmer trocken blieb.”

    “Für Menschen, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen bestens. Tolle Ausgangslage für Kurztrips. Positiv: Sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Hilfsbereite und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Äußerst ruhige Lage. Negativ: Anbindung an Autobahn; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mindestens 4 Km entfernt (Vollsortimenter ca. 12 Km)”
