Cosy, air-conditioned self catering two bedroom apartment at the very beach front. Clean and modern design without losing the spirit of the sea. Air-conditioned with the option of heating in case needed.

Fully equipped kitchen, with open concept, will allow you to enjoy cooking while listening to the sound of the sea. Direct sea view form the balcony, living room and kitchen.

Perfect situation of the apartment offers you the comfort of having sea (directly at the beach front), shops, restaurant, bars, hospital, pharmacy or church in walking distance, not more than few meters from the apartment.

No car needed. Ideal for family, group of friends or romantic escape. There is a big beach parking free of charge right at the bottom of the house.

Long, peaceful, well maintained sea promenade just at the bottom of the garden, sandy beach, with sun-beds and parasols is right in front of the apartment.

Free wifi. An early check in and late check out are free of charge, subject to availability.





Apartment is situated at the top floor, so you have no neighbours about you to disturb your relax, and you have guaranteed the best views.

In case of family holiday, the 5th person can either sleep on and extra bed in one of the bedrooms or on the sofa.



Comfortable two bedroom apartment right at the beach front, close to the shopping center or easy exit to the highway. Walking distance to shops, bars restaurants. Hospital and pharmacy not more than few minutes walk away. Fully air-conditioned.



San Agustin Beach is nice and quiet beach, with a big ground parking right next door.

    “Lage - genial aber Wohnung und Einrichtung ungenügend. Zu teuer und kein attraktives Preisleistungsverhältnis. Werden die Wohnung nicht mehr mieten. Positiv: Lage, Lage, Lage ......die Wohnung hat einen genialen Standort, direkt an der Promenade und am Strand. Sehr netter und engagierter Kontakt vor Ort. Negativ: Sehr kleines Bad mit einer alten und ungepflegten Dusche. Einrichtung war zum Teil altmodisch und nicht stimmig. Beste Reisezeit: Spring - Waren im April 2019 da, Temperaturen zwischen 25 bis 30 Grad Empfehlung: Seniors - Kurze Wege & Inneneinrichtung sekundär”
