Holiday Apartment in Puerto Rico De Gran Canaria with Furnished Terrace

Location: In the south of Gran Canaria, where the weather is always nice sunny. The apartment is ideally located above Puerto Rico on a slope, so that you can enjoy a wonderful sea view from living room and bedroom window. The apartment has a terrace with garden. The complex is very quiet and has a beautiful heated pool with separate children's area. Chairs, mats, umbrellas, shower, with absolutely stunning sea views. The beach and the center is only about a 15 minute walk, or to the port Shopping center Agua de la Perra stairs just 10 minutes. To Amadores beach, one of the best on the island, with white sand, there are another 15 minutes.

 Tip: Book a rental car directly from us, so you are constantly mobile. The taxi only costs about 2 euros to the center and bzwzurück to the beach. Supermarkets, restaurants, nightlife nearby. Ample parking is available free


 Facilities: This cozy and comfortably furnished apartment (ca.50qm) consists of a separate bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, sea views, a large living room with a full kitchen (oven, hob, microwave and fridge) and sleeping for 2 more people, Bathroom with hair dryer, shower, glass enclosure and bath. The living room is comfortably furnished with flat-screen TV and satellite system with all English channels and Ipod charging station. In addition, there is a washing machine and bathrobes in the Appartement.Geschirr, bed linen and towels sufficient available! The apartment has a large furnished terrace and garden, with a magnificent sea view. Ganztätgig sun terrace and a great sunset.

    “Sehr gut waren der Gemeinschaftspool und die Aussicht.
    Die Sauberkeit in der Küche ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die angegeben mein Entfernungen sind in Luftlinie; Beispiel: Tennisplatz -> 200m …. Würde man wirklich zu Fuß gehen, dann braucht man für diese 200m aber 45 min - man kann leider anders als beschrieben zwar zu Fuß zum Strand gehen, aber auf keinen Fall zu Fuß zurück.
    Man muss jeden Tag, wenn man das Gelände verlassen will mindestens einmal Taxi fahren!”

    “Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden auch wieder kommen. Positiv: Sehr schöne Aussicht. Negativ: Man ist auf Auto oder Taxi angewiesen. Klimaanlage ist ein Ventilator. Strand ist nicht 5 Gehminuten entfernt sondern eher 20. Restaurant: Der grieche am puerto rico Strand - Preis /Leistung super. Nette Chefin. Große Portionen und alles frisch. Ausflüge: Amadores Beach - Nicht umsonst Gran Canaria schönster Strand. Ein tagesbesuch definitiv wert.”

    “Positiv: Die Anlage ist sehr sauber,tolle Leute dort,alles ist günsiger wie man denken würde für eine Insel.ich kann es nur weiter Empfelen da es meiner Tochter und mir Super gefallen hat. :), Negativ: leider waren die matratzen nicht mehr viel wert,habe es aber vor ort weiter gegeben und hoffe auf neue matratzen da wir es wieder buchen möchten. Beste Reisezeit: ich denke man kann da das ganze jahr hin,im winter sind sogar bis zu 25 grad und der pool ist sogar beheitzt”
