The house is located in the row of houses "La Florida", between the two airports of Murcia (15km) and Alicante (65km), and has all the comforts to enjoy your holidays in peace. The towns of Torrevieja and Orihuela, the latter a monumental city with great artistic and historical riches, are only a few minutes away.The complex is located near the beautiful beaches of Punta Prima, Mil Palmeras, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Cabo Roig. In the immediate vicinity are the 3 main golf courses of the Costa Blanca. Club de Golf Villamartin, Real Club de Golf Campoamor and the Club de Golf Las Ramblas "Colinas de la Zenia" is located in a very privileged area of the Mediterranean coast due to their climate with an average temperature of 21 degrees Celsius and 320 sunny days a year.
This climate draws many rheumatism, heart and asthma patients and people suffering from psoriasis people here. The two large salt lakes of Torrevieja and La Mata (a district of Torrevieja) ensure together with the sea air that Torrevieja is one of the climatically healthiest parts of Europe

Orihuela Costa is one of the most beautiful regions of Spain. Our house is located in La Florida and is located approx. 50 kilometers south of Alicante. Here you will find clean and sandy beaches, a lovely marina and a lovely trail around the peninsula. Scores of shops as well as restaurants and bars are in the surrounding area also available. The nearest larger town of Torrevieja is 7 kilometers to the Mar Menor rd. 20 kilometers away. The healthy climate with over 320 sunny days a year and the bright, friendly coastal landscape with the endless blue sea act on the stressed visitors reassuring. People with heart problems, asthma and arthritis will soon feel well again. In parallel to tourism was a very good infrastructure. Particular attention will be devoted to the pastime.
