The villa is located in a quiet and exclusive urbanisationbetween the beaches of Altea and Albir. The villa has two living levels and is therefore ideal for two famelies with kids. The villa has a large balcony and a large roof terrace with an unhindered view to the Mountains and the sea. Not fare away are theme parks for the kids. Moreover the villa is centrally located close to all shopping, sport, and cultural spots.Pool and garden are southoriented to have sun all day.     “Habe lange überlegt, ob ich die Bewertung so abgebe aber es ist unsere ehrliche Meinung
    Das Haus ist schön Schlafmöglichkeiten gibts genug
    Preisleistung ist für uns aber nicht stimmig Positiv: Der Eigentümer war so freundlich und ließ uns etwas früher als nachmittags herein da wir mit dem Auto anreisten und die Ankunftszeit nicht ganz absehbar war
    Sehr schön angelegt ist der Garten
    Der Pool ist schön gross und bis 6 Personen gut nutzbar
    Die Einrichtung sprich Deko passt gut zusammen
    Es gibt wirklich genug Hantücher und Bettwösche auch für grosse Familien Negativ: Leider stimmen immer die Entfernungen in den Beschreibungen nicht zB nächster Strand nicht 3,...sondern 6,...aber das hat bis jetzt noch bei keiner Beschreibung gestimmt
    Schade ist das angegeben ist es wäre in Altea ( denkt man wenigstens in der Überschrift)
    Altea ist aber ca 12km entfernt
    Auch schade finde ich das auf dem Balkon nur ein kleiner runder Tisch mit 4 Korbstühlen ist, so mussten wir als 6 köpfige Familie entweder getrennt frühstücken oder ins Esstimmer ausweichen
    Es gibt im Garten zwar genug Sitzmöglichkeiten aber wer möchte für 6 Personen Geschirr und Essen aus der oberen Etage eine Treppe im Haus herunter tragen und später wieder hoch?
    Das ist aber vielleicht Ansichtssache
    Eine Kommunikation mit dem Hausbetreuer gab es nicht, wir hatten ihn nie erreicht
    Leidet müssten die die Küchenschränke und Schubladen innen mal gereinigt werden aber dafür hat das sehr freundliche Reinigungspersonal warscheinlich keine Zeit”

    “Eine wirklich schöne Wohlfühloase mit viel Liebe im Detail, was nicht aufdringlich ist. Ein großes Haus mit großem Grundstück und einem herrlichen Pool, in einer schönen Umgebung mit tollem Ausblick. Was soll ich sagen, es war für uns( 3 Kinder ab 12 und 2 Erwachsene) ein perfekter Urlaub. Positiv: Lage, Haus, Grundstück”

    “NETTOYAGE A REVOIR ET NE CONVIENT PAS AUX SENIORS ET PERSONNES EN FAUTEUILOn paye 12€ par personne pour le ménage et franchement depuis que nous louons à la grande motte , le ménage est loin d'être fait, lessivage des portes et des placards seraient le bienvenue. les personnes en fauteuil ne peuvent pas accéder aux toilettes, il manque une porte entre le séjour et la chambre des enfants et enfin la literie n'est pas confortable du tout. Nous louons avec interhome depuis des années à Cabourg RAS, à Venise RAS, mais à la grande motte la personne à l'accueil est charmante mais le prestataire ménage est a revoir. La vérification des ampoules aussi, on a quand même acheter une ampoule pour les toilettes. Nous avons fait la remarque auprès de l'agence de la grande motte l'an dernier et je m'aperçois que nous avons le même problème en 2017. Cordialement M. ROUGET”
