All of this can be spent with us in the cozy, rural 80 m² apartment on the upper floor (a bit steeper stairs, as Danish standard) of our house, with wood-burning stove and a view of the fields.

The house is surrounded by a 4,800 m² large private property surrounded by meadows, shrubs and trees.

You will receive the keys personally from us upon your arrival.

Our comfortable and brightly furnished 80 m² apartment for 2 persons is rural situated in a beautiful environment 5 km away the small village Fjerritslev with 3,500 inhabitants.

The accommodation can accommodate max. 2 adults.

The accommodation is located on the upper floor of our estate "Skjærnsøde" built in 1916, which has undergone renovation over the last years both outside and inside.

The apartment is divided into a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The individual rooms are tastefully and modern furnished. All floors are equipped with laminate, the entrance area and the bathroom with tiles. In addition, all rooms have a nice and bright color. All guests are not allowed to smoke in the apartment.

In the living room of 40 m² you will find a comfortable living environment, a couch table, a 39 "LED color TV and a DVD player In the living room, you will find utensils of daily necessities, information brochures, games for the pastime, etc. For cozy hours, you can of course also use the existing wood-burning stove, which creates a harmonious atmosphere. This room can be heated by this stove.

The bedroom is 17 m² and is equipped with a king-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and two dressers. This room is heated in the heating period (01.10 - 30.05.) via the central heating system.

The fully equipped kitchen offers you a 4 * fridge with freezer, an electric stove with ceramic hob, a microwave, a coffee machine, a water cooker and a toaster / bread oven. Otherwise, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils. There is also a dining table for 4 persons. We provide kitchen utensils, sponge and dishwashing detergents together with a kitchen roll. Spices for cooking are also available. This room is also heated by the central heating system.

Also the bathroom is expediently furnished with bath, toilet, sink and cupboard space. A hair dryer is available. As an initial equipment, we provided hand soap and toilet paper. This room has electric heating.

Wireless internet is available in all rooms free of charge.

The landlord lives on the ground floor with separate entrance (left side), the terrace with stone garden grill and four seating furniture is however for your sole use. There is also a parking lot directly on the private property.

Unless otherwise agreed, the check-in time is 4 pm and the departure time is latest 10 am.

In the next village Fjerritslev you can do your shopping. Here you can find discounters Aldi, Netto, Meny and Super Brugsen.
