Apartment in Wannsee with Barbecue, Garden and Terrace

Our 1,5 room Berlin holiday apartment (2 adults and max. 2 children) is ideally located on the ground floor of one of Bismarckstrasse’s lovely old German landhouses and offers everything for the discerning visitor. The landhouse was build 1906 as an coachman house and offers today after several modernization a modern and well equipped apartment. The beautiful tree-lindes avenue of bismarckstrasse is one of Wannsee´s most exclusive residential roads, lined with grand and imposing villas. In walking distance you reach the leafy woodland and lake where you can either have a little stroll or hike along the beautiful lakes up to Potsdam´s impressing sceneries. You may walk, take a steamer, bicycle, Kajak or canoe to discover and enjoy the beautiful nature and heritage prussian (if you wish organized or with audioguide). After visiting the hotspots in and arround Berlin just relaxe in the neighbourhood of your Berlin holiday apartment.     “Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung, man ist in der Natur in einer Villengegend und trotzdem schnell nach Berlin unterwegs (RE 1 und S7). Positiv: Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Lage in einer Sackgasse in Villengegend ist sehr schön. Negativ: Zum Bahnhof sind es 1,6 km, die Betten sind mir 80 cm Breite etwas schmal für Leute, die sich nachts oft drehen.”

    “Ansonsten hat uns alles gefallen Positiv: Die Nähe zu den Wannseen und zum Zentrum von Berlin Negativ: Zu viele Privathäuser mit Gärten direkt am See, daher keine Wanderungen am Seeufer.”
