Apartment in Koserow with Private Parking

The apartment is in the maritime style held. Blue and white colors predominate. The ground and wall coatings, furniture and pieces of furniture are matching to each other and give the apartment the typically maritime charm. An electrical tiled stove in the living room guarantees also on colder days for a high welfare feeling. The apartment is ideally suitable for families up to five persons. The vacation apartment is located in the ground floor of the holiday house to the right. The flat consists of a great living room incl. a completelly equipped kitchen, furnished terrace with barbeque, two bedrooms and day light bath. Additional to a bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with bunk bed still a sleep sofa is available in the living room. The equipment is new, functionally and qualitatively valuable. The apartment is furnished with toaster, percolator, microwave with grill, 4 plate cooking, dish-washer, freezing compartment, tiled stove, washing machine, etc.. Large southern-western-terrace with unobstructed look to the willows and forest. You will enjoy the sunset. The holiday apartments are located in a 2006/2007 new build country house with in total four apartments of different size with 2 or 3 rooms for 1-4 persons. The season 2007 is the first rental season. Because of that, the house and the furniture are completely new and valuably. The house is located in the northern part of village Koserow. From the terrace you have a look about the meadows and forest. About a tree existed dune way one reaches within less than 5 minutes to the fine-sandy beach (appr.200m) and to the Baltic Sea landing bridge of Koserow. From there excursion boats circulate during the season for example to the Isle of Ruegen. All purchasing facilities, the local centre, bike rental are nearby (appr. 300m). Distance to playground: appr.100m. To each apartment belongs a lockable, cost free separate bike shed. Parking at the object is available. A roofed wicker beach chair can be reserved upon request. With pleasure we shop for you also before the journey.

    “Negativ: Da der Ablauf der Dusche nicht mehr so gut funktioniert ist das ganze Bad nach der Benutzung dieser überflutet, da es keine Tür vor der Dusche gibt.”

    “Für uns war es sehr erholsam was unser Ziel auch war. Für jemanden der viel unternehmen und Aktion benötigt könnte es zu ruhig sein. Der Platz ist Wirklich zum erholen und abschalten gedacht in meinen Augen. Werde es auch wieder buchen in nächster Zeit. Positiv: Es war eine sehr schöne Lage. Man konnte Am Abend auf der Terrasse noch sitzen und am Tag in 5 Minuten per Fuß am Strand sein. Auch den Hunden hat es beiden sehr gut gefallen. Ausgiebige Spaziergänge waren des Öfteren für Hund und Mensch entspannend. Sehr gute und ruhige Umgebung. Man hat auch in der Nähe mehrere Möglichkeiten etwas zu machen oder auch in anderer Orte zu fahren. Negativ: Es gab nichts zu bemängeln”

    “Positiv: Sehr gut eingerichtet, im Küchenbereich war alles notwendige vorhanden. Eigener Parkplatz. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass zu jeder Wohnung ein abschließbarer Fahrradschuppen gehörte.”

    “Good value apartments in quiet area.We were concerned to be allocated a 'smoking room' that could not be changed - but it turned out to be quite OK. The apartment was good value, well equipped and conveniently located. The only negative was the quality of internet connection at peak times and during bad weather.”

    “Jederzeit gerne wiederDie Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, nahe zu Bergbahnen, Einkauf und Restaurants. Uns hat die überkomplette Kücheneinrichtung positiv überrascht. Die LED-beleuchteten Lichttaster leuchten nachts den Schlafraum aus, aber mit einem Heftpflaster darüber war dieses Problem schnell behoben. Wir haben uns im Chalet Rütschi auf anhieb wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.”
