Luise country house for 10-12 people.

Historic country house with a modern touch.

You live in a house with a separate entrance to a total of 210m ² on 2 floors, plenty of space for families or small groups.

An old farmhouse was expanded in September 2012 to a comfortable large house. It has been restored with great attention to detail and many historical elements were preserved.

In the living and dining room were the vaulted ceilings and sandstone capitals receive the sandstone walls as decorative elements was partly left unrendered.

The ground floor is a large living room with fireplace and a dining room for 12 people. A modern fitted kitchen was built in the former stables.

The entire living area on the ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating. Furthermore, on the ground floor is a double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower, bath, double sink and toilet In the upper floor there are 5 more beautiful double bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower, two toilets and double vanities.

The house has a garden and a terrace with barbecue and fire pit.

    “Positiv: Schönes Haus, groß, genügend Platz für jeden.
    Nicht in Beschreibung: es gab oben noch einen separaten WC! Ingesamt 3 WC's Negativ: Im Beschreibung war nicht deutlich das das Haus eigentlich 2 unter 1 Dach ist, mann muss via Garten des Nachbarns gehen. Im Sommer nicht so Privat im Garten.
    Jetzt (Oktober) kein Problem.

    Die Wirtin hat wenig Information gegeben (Müll usw.)
    Hat sich auch weiter nicht mehr gekümmert. Freizeit: Dresden, sehr schön. Prag (2 Stunden fahrt) auch sehr schön
    Die Bastei: schön, aber sehr viel Touristen.”

    “Positiv: Sehr schönes Objekt und mit viel Herz ausgebautes Objekt. Es war alles vorhanden, was eine Gruppe von 11 Personen braucht. Hier konnte man sehen, was aus alten Gebäuden und Stallungen so alles machen kann.
    Die Zimmer sind gut und ausreichend ausgestattet.
    Es gibt kaum etwas zu beanstanden.
    Schlüsselübergabe und am Abfahrtstag die Endabnahme mit Abrechnung klappten hervorragend. Da kann sich manch anderer Gastgeber eine Scheibe von abschneiden. Danke! Negativ: Etwas problematisch war das Fehlen einer Gästetoilette in der oberen Etage, zwei Bäder für 12 Personen sind etwas knapp. Freizeit: Festung Königstein: Sehr gut zu erreichen und Zuwegung auch für Behinderte geeignet.

    “Positiv: -Groszügig gestatete Bäder und ein gemütlicher Außenbereich. Mückengitter in allen Räumen. Negativ: Das eine oder andere Schlafzimmer hätte ruhig mal einen Schreibtisch haben können, als Arbeitsbereich. Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant, market - Eine gute Basis für unsere Ausflüge, vielen Dank!”

    “Perfekt für bis zu 10 Personen. Toll gelegen, und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ideal für Besuche in Dresden. Negativ: Bitte erwähnen, dass neben "Luise" noch eine zweite Ferienwohnung ist, welche betreffend Garten nicht abgegrenzt ist. Das könnte für Hundebesitzer noch wichtig sein. Beste Reisezeit: Kann ich nicht beurteilen. Aufgrund der Gegend und der Nähe der Stadt wohl zu jeder Jahreszeit geeignet. Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant, market, tourist office - Hervorragende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.”
