Ferienwohnungen in einem historischen Palazzo, mit gemütlichen Sitzecken im mit Kunstwerken geschmückten Innenhof
Die Ferienwohnungen befinden sich in einem historischen Palazzo im Herzen von Massa Marittima, gleich an der zentral gelegenen Piazza. Das Haus zeigt auf den Platz und die bekannte Kathedrale San Cerbone.
Der Palazzo aus dem 18. Jahrhundert ist in sechs Ferienwohnungen aufgeteilt worden, die komplett renoviert worden sind. Die Wohnungen haben verschiedene Größen (ca.50m² bis 120m²). Sie verbinden den Charme des antiken Gebäudes mit modernem Komfort. Die Decken mit Fresken und Balken aus Holz, die Wände aus Stein und die Terracotta-Fußböden verleihen den Räumen eine elegante Atmosphäre. Die gut ausgestatteten Wohnungen sind unabhängig und ideal für den Urlaub oder Geschäftsaufenthalte. In den Wohnungen ist eine WLAN-Internetverbindung vorhanden. Die Wohnungen sind mit einer Heizungsanlage versehen, sodass sie ideal sind auch für Aufenthalte in den kühlen Monaten. Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden.
Der Haupteingang des Palazzo führt in den Innenhof und einen Bogengang. Sie sind mit einigen Kunstwerken einer lokalen Künstlerin geschmückt, die in dem historischen Gebäude besonders gut zur Geltung kommen. Im Hof steht ein kleiner Springbrunnen. Im Bogengang sind einige Sitzecken mit Sesseln und Teppichen hergerichtet worden, wo man entspannt die lauen Sommerabende bei guten Gesprächen zusammen sitzen kann und wo das Rauchen erlaubt ist.
Der nächstgelegene Parkplatz ist nur 50m entfernt. Er ist kostenpflichtig von 08.00 – 20.00 Uhr, ansonsten ist er kostenfrei. Weitere kostenfreie Parkplätze liegen in der Nähe des Altstadtzentrums, in ca. 200m Entfernung.
Dank einiger Vereinbarungen der Hausbesitzer mit einigen Restaurants, Lokalen, Strandbädern und Thermalbädern, können die Gäste hier entweder in den Genuss von Preisnachlassen oder von besonderem Service kommen. Die Ferienwohnungen sind das ganze Jahr über geöffnet. In den Wohnungen stehen für die Gäste einige Lebensmittel für das typisch italienische Frühstück, sowie ein Korb mit Körperpflegeprodukten bereit. Das Mitbringen von Haustieren ist kostenpflichtig. Die Wohnungen sind mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern und sogar mit einem Telefon, auch für ausgehende Gespräche, ausgestattet.
Der Palazzo liegt im Herzen des Altstadtzentrums. Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Restaurants, Bars und mehr liegen in einem Umkreis von wenigen Metern. Eine Münzwäscherei ist ca. 200m entfernt. Auch die Museen liegen ganz in der Nähe. Auch das Freizeitangebot in der Umgebung ist groß.

Lo Studio premier di circa 50 mq (comprensivo del soppalco) si trova al primo piano del palazzo con affaccio diretto in via Moncini ed è dotato di smart tv 40 pollici a schermo piatto, cucina in vano dedicato, soggiorno con camino, bagno con o doccia e bidet ed asciugacapelli. E' altresì fornito di biancheria da camera, da cucina, da bagno che di tutte le stoviglie. L'appartamento offre inoltre di tutti i servizi base quali acqua calda e fredda, riscaldamento autonomo ed elettricità. Il divano in pelle del soggiorno può all'occorrenza diventare un comodo di letto matrimoniale. I bambini fino hai tre anni di età sono gratuiti se dormono con i genitori o nel proprio lettino. Sono disponibili lettini per bambini ad un costo unico per l'intero soggiorno. Gli animali sono ammessi ma costituiranno un extra. Al vostro arrivo troverete il nostro benvenuto con colazione all'italiana per il mattino e linea cortesia per il bagno. Nel centro di Massa Marittima (500mt circa) c'è un negozio con lavatrici ed essiccatori automatici.
