Hier im Haus "Rosa Canina ", ca. 300m vom Meer entfernt, können Sie sich entspannen.

Unsere Wohnungen sind für 2 bis 8 Personen geeignet. Während Ihre Kinder im Garten und im Sandkasten spielen, können Sie sich entspannen und erholen, sonnenbaden oder grillen (Kugelgrills)

Komplett eingerichtete Küchen - teilweise mit Geschirrspüler - sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner im Haus helfen Ihnen, sich den "Alltag" in den Ferien zu erleichtern. Wir erwarten Sie - jederzeit gern.


Die Wohnung W9 liegt im 1.OG des 11/2 geschossigen Hauses.

Sie hat einen Balkon nach Südwesten, der zum Garten ausgerichtet ist, und der durch das ca. 2,00 m breite Sprossenfensterelement mit Terrassentür, vom Wohnzimmer aus betretbar ist.

 

Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet. Ein kleines Kinderbett steht im 2. Schlafzimmer 

mit weiteren 2 Einzelbetten.

In der Küche befindet sich ein Geschirrspüler, ein Kühlschrank mit T-K Fach und ein Herd mit 4 Platten und Backofen, Mikrowelle auf Anfrage. Ein Essbereich für 4 -5 Personen schließt sich an. Die Wohnung ist im Schlaf-und Wohnbereich mit grünem Teppichboden, sandfarbig gemustert, ausgelegt.

In der Küche befinden sich dunkelrote Steinzeugfliesen, das Bad ist weiß gefliest.

W-LAN und Sat -TV vorhanden.


Die Waschmaschinen-und Trocknernutzung wird über Münzautomaten abgerechnet.

Im Garten finden Sie zusätzlich eine Wäschsepinne.

Stellplatz auf eigenem Grundstück.

Fahrräder können im Garten abgestellt werden.


In der Nebensaison darf ein Hund mitreisen!
