Die Ferienwohnung liegt im südlichen Ostfriesland in Westoverledingen im Ortsteil Flachsmeer am Ende einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung in Sackgassenlage.

Supermärkte mit Fleischabteilung, Bäckereien, Lidl, Tedi, Restaurants und Pizzeria sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Viele Wander- und Fahrradwege laden zu gemütlichen Spaziergängen und Fahrradausflügen inmitten der Natur ein. Desweiteren gibt es in der näheren Umgebung mehrere Badeseen zum Schwimmen und Entspannen.
