On the ground floor there is a lifestyle design living room with a pool view, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor of the villa there are 4 bedrooms with double beds. There are loungers, parasols, outdoor shower and a gazebo with garden furniture next to the pool. Every room of the villa is air-conditioned and with a Wi-Fi internet access through the estate. At the 1000 m2 estate of villa there are several roofed parking spaces available. The property is fenced and covered by video surveillance.
