The Mayor's Residence in the AltesRathaus

The Mayor’s Residence is the AltesRathaus mid-level residence.
A Huge, spacious place for 6 persons, with 2 bedrooms, a delightfull closed veranda with a view over Wildemann and the surrounding hills. A central; hallway, spacious living room with dining place and workdesk, three big bedrooms.
The living room big flatscreen TV and satellite receiver for all free-to-air radio and TV channels, audio-set with cd’s, books and games. Both bedrooms supplied with with double beds, garderobe’s and big flatscreen tv’s  Free broadband Wifi is available everywhere in the house.
The kitchen contains all necessary for home cooking, 4 burner induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, watercooker, toaster, egg cooker, etc….
Use of washing machine and dryer on request.

Make your holiday unforgettable and „reside” in the old City Hall of Wildemann, das AltesRathaus, like once the mayor of the old mining town.
The house, built in the typical building style of the German Harz is situated slightly above the Bohlweg, in the center of the village. Therefore one can easily get to shops and restaurants without having to come down (and later up to!) the mountain.
Slightly elevated, and at the slope of the Gallenberg, the house is not direct at the main road, but at a small square, from where a footpath gives access to the church and the entrance to many nature foothpaths.

    “Tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr netter Vermieter, unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank auch für das Willkommenspaket mit Einkaufsgutschein, Kaffee & Tee, Wein usw. Wir kommen gerne wieder... Positiv: Großzügige schöne Wohnung, sehr sauber, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden, sehr von Vorteil. Ausflüge: Hundewald Wildemann - Wir haben Urlaub mit dem Hund gemacht und das war ein toller Spaziergang zum Hundewald mit einem traumhaften See. Hunde können ohne Leine toben und baden.”

    “Sehr zufrieden Wir waren mit unserer Unterkunft sehr zufrieden, bis auf dass die Nachbarn genau oben drüber, leider sehr laut waren. Alles andere war Top! Wir haben unseren kurzen Urlaub sehr genossen und haben uns gut erholt! Vielen Dank dafür Ladwig”

    “Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
    Sollte etwas fehlen, war der Vermieter gleich hilfsbereit.
    Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Wohnung gut weiterempfehlen. Freizeit: Goslar ist eine Sehenswürdige Stadt mit einem schönem Marktplatz samt Glockenspiel und ist schnell zuerreichen.
    In Schulenberg kann man einen Berg hinauflaufen und zum Beispiel mit Cart,Fahrrad oder Seilbahn wieder herrunter fahren.ein schöner Ort.
    Der Brocken ist auch ein gutes Ziel,auch die wanderung nach oben war schön.”
